Champions Green

Please just read all the way to the end. We rented from this property for 2 years due to our situation, but we regret every minute of it. We rented a 2b 1b apartment. The price for it was defiantly not worth it at all. Aside from the high price for the small space, we were fighting with many health problems due to the number of roaches, and then later the black mold we found in our vents. If you do have to go with this selection, be warned and CHECK YOUR VENTS. Also be prepared for your water to be shut off regularly due to maintenance. To add some others to the list the pool was shut down all summer long and was not able to be used.

My move in experience was easy and pleasant. They fixed both issues I have had. It’s always clean on the property and quiet for the most part.

Champions Green is a great community. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and feel very safe. Maintenance always fixes my issues and my neighbors are pretty easy going and quiet.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I'm excited to get to spend another year here at this complex. It's a really quiet and safe neighborhood which I'm grateful to be a part of.

I appreciate the ambiance of the neighborhood and the tranquility from surrounding houses. It makes the whole place peaceful and relaxed. The management communicates very well. The maintenance team are always attentive.

Very professional the manager was extremely helpful and walked me through the process .the property was very clean and the neighborhood is great

Most of the people that live here are very nice and easy to get along with and the manager is even better. He is super nice, helpful and easy to work with if you have any issues, questions or concerns about your apartment. The only issues that I have had with this place is that some of the doors don’t shut all the way, sometimes you have to push really hard to get things done if you don’t talk directly to the manager. So I would recommend talking directly to him if you can.

I moved in to an apartment with dirty floors, the microwave smelled like burnt popcorn and no closet door. I have been asking for a closet door for 5 months now and still no sliding door for my closet. The dishwasher is old and sucks. the rack doesn't fit in the dishwasher. The insulation sucks, When it's hot outside, it is hotter inside, and when it is cold out, it is colder inside. The upgrades are really upgrades and are done poorly and distastefully. There are stainless steel appliances as portrayed in some pictures. My neighbor complained of roaches often. The water comes on brown.... ALOT, almost every-time I turn the tub on, the water is yellow/brown. The windows need to be replaced bad. The let out your heat/air and definitely brings the inside in. They also need screens on them.

Very private apartment.. is very peaceful and quiet.. and the people are nice and very respectful I definitely recommend this place to live specially for a single family

I’ve enjoyed my time here. Things are consistently changing for the better. The office is usually very interactive and quick to respond which I appreciate.

I have really enjoyed living here so far! It's really quiet and overall a great community! There are plenty of parks nearby too which provides many exercise opportunities.

Constantly improving, the outside of the apartments are nothing compared to the inside and the outside looks GREAT . I’ve lived here for 3 years and don’t plan on leaving unless I find a house

I enjoy living here. Units are older, so have had a few issues but maintenance has been fairly quick to fix all issues. Location good, pretty quiet, close to nice trails to walk. Many units are updated, but again they are still older so be prepared for some maintenance issues. Pretty affordable, too.

So far it seems like a great community . Everyone is polite and friendly . The staff is very personable . The only complaint I have is , I wish there was larger parking spaces . I have a large truck and find it difficult to find somewhere to park .

I have lived here with my daughter for almost 2 years now and am so happy and pleased with the property. I feel safe and taken care of by the staff and my neighbors. I moved here from out of state and I now call Champions Green my home :) Thank you for everything you do for me and my family!

I love being at Champions Greens, I’ve watched the property grow into a beautiful community. One to which I am proud to call home. It is a safe property in a safe community. I appreciate there being a sheriff living on the property. The amenities are beautiful as well we have a Gym as well as a playground, dog park and pool. The property is very clean. I love Devin, he really cares for his residents. He makes sure office staff and property staff treat his residents with the same care he does and I can appreciate that.

Quiet area and cute apartment. Children often playing around apartments but not destructive. Pretty clean over all with the occasional left dog waste. Great security!

Love the quietness and that everyone minds their business. The amenities are great. All employees from office to maintenance are polite. Love that they have different events for the apartment community such as food truck fridays to parties for the kids.

You get what you pay for. Overall the experience has been average. Had a few issues with services being shut off like water and not communicating the times when it would occur. Also, some amenities have been closed for extended periods of time.

Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and staff. Haven't been here long but I really enjoy my time here! I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The property managers have all been helpful with the move process and all the questions I have had. The residents I have met have been polite and friendly. I have felt nothing be safe and secure here. I definitely recommend this place.

Staff is super nice. Had a few issues with apartment upon move in and AC stopped working as well, but maintenance jumped on it fast. I still have a few items that need to be fixed but I am very confident in the staff here.

Very quiet and peaceful, no disturbances or any kind of incidents. Maintenance always contacts or responds at reasonable times and are very professional.

Absolutely love my quiet and private community and home. If Apartments Were bigger I'd Stay Here for years. Employees really are amazing and attentive! Work orders are repaired at a great speed. I really do love it here and absolutely reccomend Champions Green apartments. Only cons I have are constant problems with the water and no parking on the side near the pool.

Great apt complex very quick maintenance response staff is very friendly. The playground is safe. Great amenities like gym/pool. Would recommend

Love the quietness and amenities. The neighbors for the most part are all friendly. Ruben, the maintenance man, is friendly, professional and polite.

It's really quiet, safe, and clean. Would highly recommend. Also the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I'm really glad I found this place.

I’m absolutely loving living here! The apartments are in very good condition, it’s quiet, and feels very safe. The office staff is also amazing and helped get me into my apartment early.

I love it here so far. I've had a few minor issues with things breaking and being repaired in a timely manner but overall this is a great place to live.

Fairly decent apartment complex. Pushing the price a bit in my opinion but still clean for most part, upkept. Few doggy stations definitely get missed in restocking. But still good place to settle for awhile.

Could be better. Little to no communication on things happening, or updated information never comes out when things change. The community is nice but its a struggle sometimes due to the lack of communication from the office.

I am a new resident & I absolutely love the managers and the property. I would highly recommend anyone to move here . Great community and shopping stores are near for your convenience. (5stars)

Love the area and complex. I love the location of the apartments. Only issue is waiting an awhile on mantience to fix issues. I have been a resident for almost year years.

I really love my apartment and my balcony is great for relaxing. The newly remodeled pool area is amazing. The only things that need improvement would be more communication on when maintenance will arrive as I never know how long it's going to take from the time I submit a request. The only other issue is that the office never seems to answer the phone and I have to either email or walk to the office to get hold of anyone. Other than that I love it here.

Champions Green is a quiet, well maintained, cozy apartment complex nestled in a great leafy neighborhood. The team at the office is the best, the manager Rhonda and Karly are friendly, always polite and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly thanks to Ruben. Priscilla (now left) was the reason we decided to move here because she handled us so well. The grounds, pool, gym are always in great condition. Our family is happy to call this home!

They apartments are horrible! They do not fix anything for you will try to kick you out and try to take money out of you!

Champions Green is a nice place to settle in if you looking for a peaceful setting to live in. You have options of having malls and stores close to you. Not only that, the renovations are changing the looks of the old ownership providing better ways to take care of the residents. I have been living here for a while, I like the location because everything is close, and the most important part is living here it has the tranquility you look for living in a peaceful environment.

Nestled on the NW side of Houston, Champions Green is a gated community that offers lots of square footage and charm! Surrounded by lush landscaping, children play area, walking/ bike paths, with typical amenities. Quick access to highways, popular shopping and dining destinations are a definite +. Maintenance is pretty prompt in tackling any issues, while office team Diana and Jessica make it feel like home. They are caring and professional. I'm a current resident on my 2nd lease.

Management truly care about Residents and property. Maintenance really makes a conscious effort to keep property appealing and clean. The fitness center is nice and well kept. I have been here 2 years and love it here. We have routine pest control. Parking is great and the valet trash makes for one less chore. The vaulted ceilings are beautiful and the windows provide excellent lighting. I love it here.

I have lived in Champions Green continuously since 1989, when I sold my home in the FM 1960 / Champions area. In those 30+ years, the complex has changed ownership multiple times and property management even more times. But through it all, the exterior appearance and grounds have been well-maintained, and the amenities and furnishings have been updated as necessary to remain competitive in the market for upscale apartments in the area. The most recent change in ownership and property management came with the transition to Karya Property Management. I have been consistently pleased, and in some cases pleasantly surprised, by the quality, care, and responsiveness I have experienced since Karya assumed ownership and management of the property. The few maintenance issues I've had are addressed promptly, courteously, and effectively. On at least one occasion, the property management has gone far beyond the minimum level of service I might have expected, to take extra care of my needs. I've recently renewed my lease for another 12 months, and my intention is to remain a Champions Green resident for quite a few more years!

Nice quaint apartment nestled in Champions area. easy access to freeways. Quiet neighborhood My one bdrm with a study is very spacious with lots of natural lighting. Neighbors are cool and we look out for one another.
