About Chancery Place Apartments
Chancery Place Apartments is a thirteen story 84 unit, affordable apartment community designed for seniors 62 years of age and/or older and in certain cases of person with disabilities. Rent is based on 30% of income, subsidized by HUD. The property is conveniently located in the First Hill area of Seattle close to the many bus lines, shopping and medical services. Each one-bedroom apartment is approximately 550 square feet in size. Residents enjoy over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor community space featuring: video room, computer learning center, sun deck, full community kitchen, and regularly scheduled activities. Waitlist open as of January 1st, 2015. Pre-applications, Tenant Selection Plan and ADA paperwork can be downloaded and printed from www.ccsww.org or mailed to you upon request. Applicants may return the completed pre-application and ADA paperwork in person during business hours, mailed, or faxed (206-343-0680) to the Chancery Place Apartments office (910 Marion St. #105 Sea, WA 98104) Applicants will be considered on a first-received, first-reviewed basis, based upon the date that the completed and signed application is received by management. All pre-applications must be submitted with all required supporting documentations; incomplete applications cannot be processed and will lead to denial of waitlist placement.
