Chancery Square

So far in the 5 months of living here I have been pleased with the experience. The staff is kind and responsive. The amenities are clean and organized. Overall great place to live downtown.

I've only lived here for just under a week but the leasing team and other staff have all been very welcoming and helpful. In addition the location is great which is always a plus. I'm not the biggest fan of the package/delivery system however it does seem secure at least.

It has been a great experience. Everyone in the community is so nice and helpful. All the amenities are extremely nice and clean. Access to the town with all the restaurants and bars is exceptional. Parking is accessible and easy as well.

It’s been excellent. All the amenities are so nice and clean. Any issues that have occurred are quickly resolved by the property team. And I appreciate how they notify us on expectations of any service or repair that might be done so we can stay in the loop.

A great location for an easy trip to your favorite restaurants, bars, or shopping centers in Morristown. Not to mention, updated and spacious apartments!

I have been here for over 3 years and it is still a great place to live! Everyone who works here from the office staff to the maintenance staff is incredibly helpful.

I’ve only been here a few days, but it the apartment was in pristine condition when moving in. The staff seems friendly thus far and the building is definitely pet friendly. I love seeing the dogs around the building.

Chancery square is a very clean and comfortable place to live. It’s in a great location and is close to everything. The management team does a super job in every way. I am very happy living in Chancery Square.

I find the staff to be the best part about the community. The maintenance staff is hard working and very polite. The leasing office is prompt to reply to inquiries and to help resolve some issues. There have been ongoing issues with the garbage collection in the early AM which has disturbed my sleep for months. This is my biggest complaint.

Chancery Square on Cattano Ave is a great place to live. Management and Maintenance Staff are always willing to help with any concerns and very pleasant.

Chancery Square apartments are great. I’ve been here for about 3 months after downsizing from a house and I don’t miss my house at all. It’s so clean and convenient and everyone who works here is fantastic. The management team led by Justin is wonderful and the maintenance team Jeff, Juan and Andre are fantastic. Any of my very minor issues were taken care of in record time. It’s a great place to live!

Terrible! Maintenance is nonexistent or incompetent. You have to hunt them down to have anything fixed. For months I had 80%+ humidity in my apartment and maintenance did nothing. So mold developed. It was miserable. Management is not helpful and rude if you need anything. Overpriced and poorly maintained. There are much better places in town.

I had a wonderful move in experience at Chancery. A few issues arose on move in day that were addressed so quickly. I was blown away by the customer service I received to make sure everything was properly addressed. Everyone at the leasing office is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is super spacious and the location is awesome!

Chancery Square is terrific! The management office along with the maintenance team are so helpful and make me feel at home! I appreciate how quick they are to respond to my request, and I feel like this helped my smooth transition to moving in!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is overpriced for what is available, find any spot in morristown that is better.

Chancery has been great. It is a true community. Everyone is friendly, everything is always clean. The management/community staff is always available and helpful. The location of the building is great. The ease of parking and pet friendliness is a huge plus as well!!

Chancery Square is a great place to live! It's just a few minutes walk from the Morristown Green and it's a prime location for downtown without being right in the middle of all the noise. The apartments are gorgeous and the staff is very accommodating. Will definitely be renewing my lease!

I came to New Jersey from Colorado for a job in January. As prior military, I am accustomed to picking up and moving every two years and starting over. Throughout my 5 moves in the past ten years I can say, without reservation, the move to Chancery Square has been the most seamless and positive experience out of all my past transitions. The building, amenities, and location are superb. But what makes the difference, above all, is the office staff. Justin and Ed make what would ordinarily be a building full of tenants into a community. In the short time I have been here, there have been many personal mishaps that (in absence of family and friends in the area), other tenants and staff unhesitatingly stepped up to help me out. Whether needing endless assistance because of a broken ankle, needing a last minute dog-sitter, or in use of some help digging my car out of snow from a storm, Ed, Justin, Juan, and Antonio, have been there. They are proactive when able, extremely responsive when called upon, and always selfless and kind--and that's what makes Chancery Square the best place to live...

I am 21 year old resident from Miami, Florida and Chancery Square has made my move to New Jersey so simple that has given me a real place to call home. Thanks to great managers like Ed, Justin, and Erin living here has surpassed my expectations. The convenience of ben in the center of Morristown makes life so much easier to either get to work, school, or just go out for lunch. Chancery Square resigns on top of a beautiful hill surrounded by beautiful properties such as different churches and office buildings. In addition Chancer Square puts you right in the middle of all the night life has to offer. From amazing bars like Iron bar to an AMC theater, Chancery Square puts you in the center of all the amenities one could ever want. The living corders come with beautiful wooden floors and really help any hard day turn into the most relaxed one has ever felt. From the managers to the the overall living corders, Chancery Square is a sure bet and a must see for anybody looking for an apartment.

Have lived there for about 8 months and it is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are both outstanding and do everything they can to insure that everything is going well. The facility is well maintained and lives up to your expectations. All maintenance requests are promptly handled and things are completed the first time. The common spaces are well maintained and the gym is well equipped They have events, i.e., holiday party, breakfast on the go mornings, etc for the residents which are well planned and very enjoyable. The apartments themselves have great kitchens, hard wood floors and washer/dryer combos. It has a great location and is right in the heart of Morristown.

Chancery square is a great place to live. The property managers are a pleasure to deal with and the maintenance staff are great. The building as a whole is very clean and maintained great. The building has a great gym and a nice pool/bar room. The building is located two blocks from the center of the green which is awesome for going out to the local restaurants and bars. If your looking to rent an apartment close to the green with a great staff definitely check out chancery square. The apartments are beautiful too, hardwood floors in the living room, carpets in the bedroom and tile in the kitchen. Cant get a better place to live.
