Chandler 1802

I have lived at Chandler 1802 since October and absolutely love it!! It’s very quiet and love the location. The office staff and maintenance people have all been great. The gal that keeps the halls, laundry rooms and things clean does a great job as well. I had been in my home for 40 years so this move was kinda a big deal and Goldmark staff were so helpful and kind though out this whole process. I highly recommend them!!

Chandler 1802 offers a fair price. Some updates would make the apartment feel modern and comfortable, but comparing the price it is not unreasonable. There is a good about of closet space and has a nice open floor plan. I like that there is a designated dinning room. The AC unit is newer, which is nice for the hot days.

I am very happy that I chose to live here it's clean safe and the perfect time for me to feel comfortable.

The apartments inside are nice. The view from the back is nice too. Convenient location to the college, downtown, and 32nd St.

Building is nice. Neighbors are pretty chill, there isnt much activity around here late at night which gives the opportunity for good nights sleep.

It's clean and quiet and if you have a problem with apartment or the grounds management listens promptly remedies it.

Rental management is the friendliness people around! Always there when you need them.

I wouldn't recomend living at any place goldmark manages they are greedy they lie to you to get you to renew lease give you eviction notices if rents late thy don't work with you on anything they rent to everyone and screw up family orientated envoroments an don't care at all about anyone just money an will threaten you an run you down highly recomend not even thinking twice about renting from them

This would be a good place to luve based on the cost of rent and utilities, but unless they improve the security, overall condition of the property, and the maintenance I can't bring myself to recommend this to anyone.

Quiet community. School and church nearby. Good location to get to where ever you want to go quickly and easily.

My experience was a little rocky at first, but once you get to know some of the neighbors they are friendly. I just keep to myself

I love living here, the management staff is great, my apartment is updated and really nice. The community I live in is great as well, never had any issues with anything or anyone and even made some friends in my building. Great company to rent from and even better place to live.

Overall a very nice place for living. Seems many neighbors living here for years, they have sweet decorations on their balconies. Anyway the community is quite and safe. Love the trees outside of the entrance door. Only wish there were a garage remote provided to help me survival from the winter...

I have lived in my building for 6 months and I have had the best experience from moving in, to having things fixed and replaced within 24 hours of my request. I am very pleased with everyone I have worked with.

Chandler 1802 has been the worst place I've lived. It is outdated, dirty, has few amenities, and needs a lot of repairs and replacements. I will be avoiding Goldmark for future renting and will not recommend them.

Good small apartment building. The neighbors are friendly and for the most part are not loud. Close to most of the things to do in the area. Walking distance to the mall, the grocery store and walmart. The laundry is a little expensive but you can opt to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. Kitchen is a decent size but most have old appliances. Has a good open floor plan. The ownership is not the best and they will change things on you at there liking. Overall though this is not a bad first apartment for a small family or single people.
