Dirty pool filed with dead roaches floating upside down in the water, along with people’s spit… a pool that is perpetually closed for cleaning, yet ever so filthy, and stinking of stale pee; a gym that looks nice enough but is locked more times than it’s open… a tiny club house that’s only open when when the leasing office is open… piles of trash that spills out from the dumpsters to the driveway, inviting roaches, big and small crawling into and all over residents homes! Not to talk of the disgusting stench around those parts of the apartment. Terrible customer service from mostly rude and offensively indifferent staff who make it clear that they don’t care about you or any of your problems, poor and very slow maintenance service, they tow resident’s cars randomly and won’t repay you for their own mistakes… Zero security! Cars, apartments and even the mailroom are broken into every now and then, single women perpetually in the leasing office crying as they report to stone faced “customer service” reps, about how they were harassed at night by thugs… yet their management does nothing about this! The most they will do is to tell you they have a security person who drives around the property, and how as a means to solve your problem, they will drive around some more. Zero stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend. Don’t learn from your experience. All the best.

We understand that wildlife can be inconvenient, especially in Houston, so pest control is weekly available to residents for free if you need service. Our gym is open 24 hours except for our clubhouse and yoga room to maintain our amenities in great shape. Although we here at Chandler Park Apartments cannot prevent crime from taking place, we will continue to do what we can as a company to take care of our residents. I have lived there since 10/21 and it has been the worst place I have ever lived, the customer service is horrible and if you think everything is wrong you have to live there to know that a simple dryer repair has been pending for more than 1 month and they have never come to repair anything at all, stay away from this complex it does not reach the worst rating

Break ins, office staff doesn't care about anything except you paying your rent. Whe you need something from them ther are definitely NOT HELPFUL. They will find a wayvto charge you up and keep your security deposit.. MOVE FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMIES. ITS SAD. THEY NEED TO GET A WHOLE NEW STAFF and the fact that the property management company or head gancho is ok with their staff treating their residents like this... ut says alor about the whole company it's self. This place is horrible!!! My boyfriend has put in 6 work orders in the past 2 months for our dish washer to be fixed. No one has came to fix it, staff keeps saying there’s no work order put in or they keep saying maintenance will come by the next day to fix it. It’s been 2 months already and nothing!!!!! Then we get a notice about our trash can being outside is a violation, so they can go around to check about trash can being in the doorway but they can’t fix our dish washer?!? And also we pay extra fee for pest control but nothing has been done! This is the worst apartment complex. Please save your money and find somewhere you can live with staff members that will do their job correctly.

We had breakin recently, this community is not safe even after having camera we can clearly see high crime activity, avoid this apartment and find another safer place. Management is also very rude and not responsive, for any lease matter they keep you on hold for 1 hour;

They are nice to you until you sign the contract! 1. Safety . 5 major burglaries in 2020. Still there are no cameras on the property. The security sleep or on the phone all the time. The gates break frequently, open for couple days. Major mail box thefts in 2019 and 2020. The residents had to drive to the post office to pick up mails like for 4 months because lease office could not figure out with USPS who should fix that. The USPS office also could be better for that neighborhood. 2. Maintenance. I count days to move out. I have to sleep with ear protection plugs for 2 years. Multiple requests and no results from the Ceiling fan noise from apartment below. I gave up on that already. 3. Management . Office stuff tries to do their best, but property manager is horrible, has no hospitality skills at all. You have to fight you if you want to give up some amenities like garage. Even if you drop your key, they will still charge you. If your contract is getting over and you want to extend your stay just for a little bit, they will charge you additional 30% on top of your rent. They stay on top of putting restrictions and rules and extremely lay back on your requests and concerns.. 4. Valet trash.. Sometimes they forgot to take trash from your apartment or provide no service at all, like during winter storm. You pay no matter what, no apologies, no reimbursement. This message is for those who think to rent here an apartment. So much overprice for their level of service and security..! I don't think that management even going to read this feedback. I am sure they are careless! Stay away!

Amazing staff but not all, Alana and Damaris are super nice in this office, they always there and willing to help, I can't thanks them enough for their excellent customer service. I was out of water during hurricane Uri, and Alana went above and beyond to get me some water she was a lifesaver. Also, the other day I was standing in the cold weather to pick up my document, some mannerless staff came out from nowhere and told me we are close not even care about how long been waiting on the cold weather, I was pissed off, but Damaris was about to leave she ask me what I need when she saw me shivering, she apologizes and when back inside to help me. She is a good employee please treat her with respect.

Prices are reasonable and square footage is nice. However maintenance and management itself is terrible and not responsive. I’ve been without A/C for a week now and the “emergency” maintenance request was in a week ago. I really hate it here. Things have gotten even worse since COVID-19.

Please do not rent in this apartment complex! I had this issue(amongst others!) in May and then again, this month. Due to the external AC units vibrating(how much poor can one maintain!!), the floor and everything else on it vibrates, so that I cannot sleep at night at all. In May, I spent many sleepless nights. Would you want this experience ??? The Management just ignores me, and responds when they like! Front Desk Staff and Maintenance, though are diligent! This is the worst Management ever! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy ever! On top of that, they haven't reduced rent, even during the pandemic, even after I have stayed here for 8 years!

I have been robbed twice since I moved in March. The second time just last night and for sure the maintenance personnel is involved. The security system is ridiculous and useless. Anybody can get in here and do what they please because is only a single camera that records useless videos at the entrance. The guard hired for random days during the week at nights is just to make new resident beleive this place is secure. Forget about the appearance, cooking and video contest, this place is a trap. If you want to live thinking your are going to get robbed every time there is nobody in the house move here. The management is not the problem is the greedy owner. Do you self a favor and lease in other place where you can verify the cameras.

If you want to retain you sanity, do not get involved with the Management of this Apartment! They are extremely rude, arrogant, don't know what do they think of themselves, and on top of that inefficient! They don't even want to communicate properly! The Manager should be fired, but God knows why the Head Office also seems to be in love with her! The Manager should be given a high school course on how to deal with people!

Saw police here yesterday, heard there's another break-in in the community. Of course thieves would love this place, security cams and patrols are just hard to find. For those who still like to move in, think twice.

We did have a neighborhood watch meeting this past Saturday at the clubhouse and all residents were invited. During this meeting we introduced our on site courtesy officer and also mentioned our new security company and other future 2020 measures we will be adding in our community. Now and then hearing about breaking in this apartment now this time they targeted my apartment. anyone can tailgate in this community also there are no cctv on entry or exit area of this community, management is not taking saftey seriously at all, its very casual for them, its nice apartment though, but no one would like to live in place where you have no security

Had breaking at my apartment, there is poor safety measures, no cctv to capture who is coming in and out, got my door broken and they says they need full police report in order to fix it, which will take a week to arrive and till then i am trapped in house with broken door. Shameless maintenance team.

Stay away!!! Management staff will make your life much harder. Cynthia hung up the phone on me twice just because I am telling her I cannot find a package that UPS delivered to the office. Last week they left my husband standing in the office and went to eat their lunch in presence of the manager for the same reason, packages missing. This is the most rude and unprofessional staff you can ever deal with. I have to call several times to place a maintenance request because they forget, and it takes weeks for maintenance to be completed because they miscommunicate information with maintenance team. They have all kind of wrong and missing information. We have been in continuous frustration since NALS took over the management. Everything became worse, amenities, maintenance, service....We regret renewing the lease here which we did only because of the landscape.

Pros: nice location and quiet community Cons: safety: in recent months, both car and apartment break-ins have increased significantly maintenance: its been 2 months and still issues in my apartment have not been fixed. during this time, i visited leasing office 4 times, called 3 times, raised work order 4 times and even escalated to manager but nothing seems to be working, leasing staff is not helpful, valet trash is hit and miss do your homework before you move in here
Many robberies since I moved here, on once instance robbery done at gunpoint when tenant were in apartment, this is scary situation and so far no action taken by management, and since security is major factor I give them 1 star.
Many break ins in this apartment community. Not a safe place with family. My laptop was stolen from leasing office.
I have been residing in this apartment from past 2 yrs but now day by day break ins are increasing and management is just taking it easy ..today one of our resident got robbed when whole family was inside the house with kid .. every time any house is robbed management does nothing no cameras we requested many times but in vain and sometimes 4 houses got robbed together in day light.. so would not recommend apartment at all and we all current resident are also looking to change .. so people dnt come here....if you want safety for you and your family
I have lived here 8 months. After moving my entire life from Austin, I arrived to an apartment that was not ready to move in. Light fixtures were not up, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, previous resident hair everywhere and, no remote for my garage. (and I still don't) since then I have had numerous issues but this one takes the cake. My kitchen has completed flooded from the sink. Dirty water, food and other black stuff has come out rapidly out of both kitchen sinks so much it has gone into the hallway. Both Friday 8/8, Saturday 8/9 (2x) I was told someone would be out to fix it and it was not. I don't know if this toilet water or what but the most disgusting thing is how the staff does not care. I asked one of the leasing agents what work orders that are so urgent that it's taking this long to get to me? She told me I need to be patient and he is fixing a hole in a wall that has been out of weeks! Since I have been here their have been a lot of staff coming and going. Nearly every month there is a new leasing agent and even the management has changed but the customer service and attitude you receive is the same.
I have been living here for about five years. Since the apt complex change its owner the quality is going down pretty fast. People hanging clothes on balconies, dirty pools, mediocre maintenance. Not easy to see the luxury they are offering.
Stay away from this apartments. At least 3 days in a week the main gate won't work which will be always open and a risk for non-residents to enter in to community. Maintenance work orders takes more than 10 days irrespective of the priority(including Washer/Dryer not working or water not draining in the bathroom). No community events like Halloween, Good Friday, or Easter egg competition etc., Leasing office staff is not friendly and don't care about the residents any more. This is happening since the ownership has been changed recently.
I decided to move here because of the excellent experience from my tour of the property. Lorena was so helpful providing us a perfect option that fitted our budget and made us happy. I'm so excited & cant wait to be a part of this community!
A good place to stay with friendly neighbors. Reasonably priced for the amenities provided. I have stayed here for 1 year and had no issues with my apartment, The staff is also very helpful and friendly
I moved into community in Oct 2015. I will have to say that it is not how it looks when you tour it. Community is well maintained only on outside. Thats the only positive part of it. I got a standard unit and I will have to say its cheapest and worst quality parts used within the apartments. You can look at door knobs which are really cheap. We got the kitchen with counter tops really old and weared out. Argument we heard from Maintenance was that its very old apartment and so its going to be like it. If we wanted better, we should have gone with upgraded units (which are $200/month extra approx). I have the say I am really dissappointed with maintenance staff which is at times rude and upset they you do a maintenance request. Quality of material in bathrooms is also cheap. They also don't allow any other internet except AT&T. So be ready to not get any offer to retain you as customer, as they know you can't go to any other service. I am sure apartment gets some cut from AT&T for doing it. Water bill too will be really high. Safetywise also you don't feel that safe as the door knobs are very flimsy, you get emails from management about break ins often, patrol car doesn't seem to be really doing job all the time (it only occassionly seem to drive around). Only positive side is the community is very green and well maintained and so looks nice on outside. Apartment gym, pool area, etc is average/good you can say. Overall I am really dissappointed with the community. I feel cheated with what product I got compare to what I was shown. I will not recommend you this community as a resident.
This complex is perfect for young professionals starting out or young families looking for a quiet, friendly place to grow. The complex itself is situated in the midst of the Energy Corridor, offering a wide range of family-friendly activities and active pursuits for those health conscious individuals. There are over 3 parks that accommodate all from children’s activities to biking to hiking, and a library is located about 5 minutes away. It’s a few minutes away from unlimited food options on Westheimer and is conveniently located between 3 major malls. I love how many grocery shopping options this location provides; you’ll never have a problem finding any type of food here. You can fill up an entire weekend worth of fun from places within walking distance of this apartment community. The community itself is brimming with amenities. There are two large swimming pools, one with a spa area, and both with a grilling area. One pool is located near the back of the complex for a more private ambiance, complete with its own covered restroom and kitchen area. The complex also offers an indoor kitchen and recreational area, yoga and dance studio, a fully equipped gym, a sand volleyball court, and a car wash station. As a family and pet-friendly community, it also offers a children’s park and a full dog park and wash station. As if all of those amenities weren’t enough, they also offer free bike rentals to residents handled by polite, professional, and attentive staff. The entire community is kept under lock and key by a gate and a 24/7 security guard. The interior of the apartments includes wood tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms, granite countertops, brass faucets, new black and silver appliances, microwaves, and washer and dryer. Of course, the rooms and closets are spacious, with overly abundant ceilings. The bathrooms are gorgeous. They are fitted with a wall length, framed mirror, and an oversized garden bathtub. I was stunned when I first looked to lease. Every apartment enjoys the benefit of valet trash pick-up, extremely responsive maintenance, and their own complimentary alarm system. I’ve been renting here for about 4 months and I am truly impressed with this apartment community. Everyone is extremely friendly and cultivates a safe, cozy community. I’ve rented in 4 other apartment complexes before and this one is honestly a hidden gem.
My apt is well maintained and the mainance crew is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful with reasonable rates and amenities. It is located in the energy corridor and located 1.5 miles from westside high school. I have lived here for 3 years and have never had an issue. It is quite and very safe
The property is kept clean and manicured. Maintenance calls are responded to within 24 hours. I hate moving, but have had no reason to. There are a lot of young families who work in the Energy Corridor down the street. Park next door. 6 to 15 month leases.
