Property Ratings at Chaney Ridge
Shannon is the best of the best. When I moved in I was pregnant. A single mother and she made it as easy and less stressful as possible. She’s so understanding and willing to work with you. While I was pregnant and to even now, I was the complex with my baby and go to the park with no problems what so ever. I wouldn’t want to live any where else!
The apartment complex is not even a year old and is already being torn down by gang bangers and drug dealers! Sad
Shannon is great. She knows what she is doing and she does it well. I am very please with her. I have yet to move in but she has made me feel at home already! Looking forward to my stay.
Thanks to Shannon, my wait for property to open, my move in, were made so much easier due to her diligence. She is thorough and understanding! Professional and did not fail to keep us informed. She is a diamond in the rough as far as property managers we have dealt with in the past.
With rental prices being outrageous and a lot of the affordable housing being torn down, this apartment community was my saving grace! I can't imagine what they staff is going through with so many low income people trying to apply. I know it can be very stressful. The staff was very informative and walked me through the process of everything I needed during my appointment. You have to make an appointment, or they may not have time to sit down with you and talk as a walk in. It's a brand new beautiful community. The only downside is that it's not City Schools.
The lady in there is very rude . I couldn’t even get a question out she kept being nonchalant and hurrying me out the door
