As its name suggests, North Bossier is a neighborhood spanning north of Downtown Bossier along the eastern banks of the Red River. The community also sits 14 miles north of Downtown Shreveport since Shreveport and Bossier City’s downtown districts are just minutes from one another. The area is a mix of residential and rural, getting more rural the farther north of Downtown Bossier City you get. Amenity-laden apartments and cozy single-family homes make up the rental options of North Bossier. While shopping and dining choices are readily available in both downtown areas, more shopping and dining destinations are located within North Bossier itself along Airline Drive.

a great place to call "home". The entire staff always is very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly workers. Would recommend to all family/friends.
I've been living here for 3 years now. Maintenance and management is always so friendly, even speaks to my fur baby when we're out for our walks. So glad I have chose Chaparral as my first apartment.
I loved my time at Chaparral. The staff was friendly and was very helpful and efficient with the leasing process. It seems like rules are enforced/followed pretty well by tenants here. I had no noise issues, grounds were kept neat, and maintenance requests were completed quickly. my only complaint would be that the bathroom was not in the best condition. Nothing worth docking a star for. If I ever moved back to the area, Chaparral would definitely be my apartment of choice.
I've been living at the Chaparral apartments for almost 7 years and I must say it has been a very good experience. Its relatively quiet, well-maintained, has easy access to the interstate highway, is right in the middle of town so shopping is simple and usually quick and the management has always responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner and had my issues resolved within a couple of days or less. Chapparal is a great place to live.
Been here for a week. Too much noise. Already got my car towed for not parking in a handicap spot. Free parking is not true. DONT LIVE HERE!!!
