I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier! The staff at this complex has been exceptional, making the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. From the moment I first inquired about a unit, they were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in day was well-organized and smooth. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents. I’m grateful for their support and look forward to calling this place my home. Highly recommended!

The reNew staff is fantastic. They provide excellent customer service and are willing to help their residents. As soon as I walked through the door, it felt like home. My family received welcomed gifts and treats.

So far everything has been good and everyone been friendly. Property always clean, maintain on a daily. Noise level sometimes can get a little loud at time but a problem.

I have been a resident since May 2023 and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. Staff is very friendly and professional. Anytime there is an issue which has not been anything serious , staff got it taken care of right way.

I have been here almost a week and I have fell in love with the surroundings and my place. I have more storage and space in my place compared to where I came from the air in my place feels and smeel fresh to breath. I'm loving it!

I had a very good tour experience when I first found out about ReNew Brandon. I toured several apartments that day and this apartment stood out to me. I’m now living here and the community is very quiet and peaceful and maintenance is always on time.

I absolutely love Renew Brandon! It’s a really quiet community and very peaceful. The people are really friendly. You can relax by the pool and let your kids play at the playground or in the water.

Awesome process and easy move in process. Manager is amazing and very helpful and doesn’t mind addressing my concerns she’s very friendly and easy to work with

For the most part the community is very quiet and family oriented. Hate to ever have to leave for whatever reason. It has been home for me for over the last 8 years. I would encourage anyone to take a look at the property and you let us know what you think. It could be your next place to call home.

So far good very peaceful . Love the apartment , apartment manager very sweet listen to me and helped me thru this process . Haven't lived in a apartment and this one so far is good.

My air was not working the first week I moved in. So they had to put window units in until it was fixed. And also some of the pipes in the bathrooms are rusty and old

So far, the experience has been cool. There have been a few hiccups with the water faucet, doors, and door knobs, but other than that the experience has been fine so far. I am enjoying being in my own place!

Renew Brandon is a clean safe quiet community that's close to schools, shopping areas, and churches. Renew Brandon is a safety conscience living community with well lit at night.

I love it here . The location is near my family and where I grew up . It’s close to stores and my church . My grandkids come over to play and I take them to the pool to cool off . They love the playground as well .

Approaching my 1st year, it has truly been a great experience thus far. Ready to sign my new lease. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Staff is always very professional.

Maintenance request are handled promptly. Very quite community. Kids can play safely outside. Floor plans are prettt nice. I wish that laundry area was closed in.

Great moving experience and communication was excellent! Had a few issues with some appliances in the apartment ,but they were immediately fixed the next morning!

I really do love living here. However, since under new management rent keeps going up and up and up and it’s supposedly a low income apartment but it’s starting to not feel like that.

Living in an apartment complex the most important thing is.. feeling safe while living so close to people you don’t know. However my experience here has been rewarding, the neighbors are friendly and I feel safe, the landscaping of property is beautiful and clean, I’m impressed that the grass is cut at least twice a week. There’s no loud music, it’s a great facility for any family to settle in.

I moved in back in December 2023. So far it's quiet(especially at night) and I feel pretty safe. I'm really happy that the apartment comes with a nice washer and dryer.

I love it. I've been over here before it became renew and loved it I love even more now the office staff is very friendly, helpful and nice the community is also nice and Maintenance always does a good job in a timely matter. I've lived here 12yrs and I love it

Overall this is a great place to live. It’s not perfect but it seems as if it is improving. A lot of renovations have taken place, so many upgrades to the flooring, light fixtures and bathrooms. The addition of washing machines and dryers is a plus. The downside though is the increase in rental rates.

Nice complex with great staff. Huge improvements had been done since new ownership took over. The rent is fair. The apartment is small with not much storage spaces.

10/10 I recommend I enjoy being here and friendly staff, come when needed for maintenance. Front desk lady is amazing and is willing to work through any situation

I actually love it here, it’s peaceful and the grounds are kept cut and clean. It’s quite, no loud music or hanging out. Thanks for making me feel safe.

We moved in May 12th. It was a very smooth transition. One thing I love about staying here is no matter where our landlord see us, they are always so professional, friendly, and helpful. They always ask us how things have been going and if there is anything they can do to make our stay more enjoyable.

They are nice people. Easy to get what you need to get done. Neighbors are generally friendly. Plus the apartments are getting revamped to look a lot better now that they are under new management.

Since ReNew Brandon taken over our complex I have a nice experience. Maintenance crew gets requests taken care of in a timely fashion. Our management team is amazing as well.

ReNew apartment complex is very clean and has a inviting appearance! I believe my stay here will be rewarding. I look forward to getting settled in and become a happy resident.

From the first day I loved it. No noise even though it’s an apartment. It’s very much respectful. As for there is not a lot of commotion going on it’s just right and peaceful.

Just recently moved in and they were renovating the apartments. I know due to material shortages and stuff going on not everything was completed upon move in but they have been extremely timely on fixing everything. Great staff, community, and amenities.

I just recently move into the neighborhood. I feel at home . Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Staff is superb and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this community

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it! Quiet, friendly and safe community. Office Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Quick and efficient maintenance staff. Very clean and kid friendly environment!

I love the apartment where I stay I have no complaints they come out and fix where you need fix the same day. They keep the complex clean they cut the grass every other week.

Generally pretty quiet, staff are professional and easy to deal with. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly. It's been really easy to get things taken care of here..

Pros: Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The community grounds are peaceful and clean. Management/Maintenance is always helpful and accomadating. Local schools are very close to this community. Airport, leisure shopping and resturants are alwaus less than 10 minutes away. A community! Cons: Management branding has changed at this location multiple times.This makes contacting/paying management and contacting maintenance sometimes frustating. This is a community with a lot of children, so if children playing and socializing in public community areas is something you wouldn't tolerate, then this is not the community for you. Morning and evening school/work traffic can be frustrating. Aircraft departing/landing at local airport can cause bothersome noise at this location, occasionally. Overall: This really is a great community. This a great family community/property for anyone wanting to live in the greater Jackson area.

I have lived here a year now with my teenager and very much been happy! It's clean, quiet and most importantly SAFE! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Quite, clean place to live. I lived here since 2013 no complaints at all. It’s been aggravating for me not getting my carpet cleaned. But other than that very good. The maintenance always come on time

It been a great apartment to live in it quiet an they keep them maintained. I would tell others it a great place to live. And it in a nice location an the school district is very good also.

I love staying here because of the location and my neighbors. Maintenance always show up in a timely manner. However, parking is sometimes bad. There needs to be a sign up for visitor parking. Also it would be nice to have apartments pressured washed every so often.

I've been living here for about 10 years so far it's been a good experience. Maintenance always comes when you need them to fix something they come and fix it in a timely manner any problems that I've had they've always fix the problems so it's been overall a very good experience

I don’t like the noise level that comes from my upstairs neighbor. The maintance team is very helpful and front office staff. So far it’s been a good place to live.

My family & myself been living here since 2020. We call this home; we are in our own space away from others, but I LOVE IT. Pro. Great School. No noise Cons. Parking. Limited playing areas /space
