TL;DR - Was great when we moved in several years ago. Sux today. We've lived here for several years now. In that time, there have been several turn overs in the management team. The new owners are making this place undesirable. Our rent has gone up more than 25% in the last 7 months. Amenities that used to be included are now being charged for raising the cost even higher. On top of all that, the whole place now smells like dog poop. We're looking to move ASAP. For the cost they are charging for less than 850 sq. feet, I can buy a pretty nice place in Jacksonville or even Cabot if we want to stay in a smaller place. We're moving as soon as we can find the right place.

I honestly cant say enough good things about The Avenue. It has been the best apartment experience Ive ever had. The staff is so kind and helpful, maintenance is great, I love the resident events they have, and im so excited they added a new dog park and picnic area. I cant wait for the brand new gym to be ready! I highly recommend making The Avenue your new home!!!

Whether it is maintenance that needs to be done or just to come and chat, the hospitality and service that is provided to not only me, but the whole community is beyond what I expected. Every time that I visit the office, there is nothing that I can say that this community doesn't have. Anybody that is skeptical about taking a chance on this neighborhood, I can tell that you will not be disappointed. There is no other place around that cares more about their community than the avenues at Cabot.

Since the new owners and staff have taken over they have been doing major renovations all over the property inside and outside. They are doing apartment home remodeling as well as beautiful landscaping. This is a very classy place to live and all of the staff are incredibly nice. The office staff, groundskeepers, and maintenance are all so nice and helpful. I'm very happy to be living here.

For years this place sucked. Companies would come in buy us raise rents promise change do nothing then sell us. This went on for years we got crappy managers and people moving in until Avenue. Now we're finally getting what we deserve a nice home. Abby the manager is the sweetest, I just love her. Keilynn is as cute as a button. Every single maintenance guy is friendly and work orders get done so fast! I know longer wait months getting simple things fixed. When I tell you this place was a dump 6 months ago I mean it. Now I'm happy to call The Avenue home.

I called regarding the 2 bedroom that they have that's "New" when I asked if it when it would be ready for someone to move in, or if it was available they immediately said "No." and hung up before I could say anything else. I was not even asked for the date that I was attempting to move in at. Disrespectful and clearly they do not want business.
