Property Ratings at Chapel Ridge of Martin
This apartment is nothing special. It's dry and stays relatively comfortable throughout the year. The amenities are a bit nicer, with washer/dryer combos, garbage disposal and washing machine included in house. Rent is 220 a month. There is a pool. Our neighborhood is filled with children who frequent the pool and the park near the complex. This place is pet friendly and if you are attending the college the rent and utilities shouldn't break the bank. Sometimes maintenance is slow and the rules are constantly changing but they tend to be personable and friendly about it.
