Chapel Ridge of Union

Been living here for a few years and it's been great so far. Mostly quiet with neighbors that can be friendly but also respectful of boundaries. The staff in the office is amazing. Lara and Crissy always go above and beyond. The maintenance guys are knowledgeable and resolve issues efficiently. Great location of you're a commuter also. Pet friendly also!

We just signed our 4th lease with Chapel Ridge of Union, MO. We absolutely love calling Chapel Ridge home. The apartments are a little older, but VERY well taken care of. When things break, they take care of the issues right away. The staff is AMAZING!! SO friendly, kind, and helpful. While we love having the pool, park, and fitness center... Knowing that we have a safe place for our kids to live with staff that cares to keep it that way... Is absolutely the best part about living here at Chapel Ridge of Union, MO.

Chapel Ridge Apartments are wonderful. I've been living here for 10+ years with my family and it's a very close nit group of people that you begin to look at like family. ?? The maintenance guys are always very helpful, and the landscape is always well taken care of. (Brittany W. Unit 5)

This property is excellent because it is very family orientated here. The girls in the office are so so helpful and knowledgeable. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants. The maintenance crew is very fast and attentive. I really like that there are trees and landscaping here along with a pretty pool. Chapelridge is a wonderful community in which to live. This community is a great place to live for several reasons. First the location is amazing for commuters, they also have enjoyable community activities for the tenants, and provide a great sense of feeling at home. The office staff and maintenance crew show a caring trait of making sure tenants are treated with respect.

I've lived here 12 years and can honestly say that the office staff and maintenance men are on top of everything! If you have an issue, they try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have been here for 8 years now and have been treated very well and have had no problems.

I moved In a year and a half ago. I'm never leaving. The management and staff go above and beyond to make apartment living seem like a home. Also a great community to be a part of.

I’ve been a resident here for 14 years, and I’m thrilled with the care and concern that the staff and crew have always shown me. They respond immediately to all my needs and do their very best to keep the grounds and the area in beautiful condition. Wouldn’t wanna live any place else?

I have lived here almost a year. I love it here. Everyone is friendly including the workers. I feel safe here. It’s pet friendly which is great. I love the pool in the summer. I would recommend people to live here. Good job to all of the workers.

The apartments are nice and homey feeling. Love the porch balcony where you can sit and look over the field. They are excellent about getting anything fixed fast. The office people are great and very helpful.

We’ve been here since 2011 & it’s a great place for the whole family, including single ppl as well. The staff is helpful & show genuine concerns re their tenants. If you’re thinking about moving in, Come On Home! 1st Day you’re a”TENANT”. Next day/afterwards you’re “FAMILY”!

Krissy is the best! i have been through the renting process twice with her and she has made me feel welcomed and made me feel like a priority, which in my past renting experiences definitely was not the case. I love chapel ridge also because it is pet friendly. Anytime I have an issue with my apartment they are here and trying to fix or putting in an order to fix the issue right away. I plan to live here for years

I have lived here 12 years and I still enjoy living here. Lara and Krissy have always treated me so well. They are like family now. Maintenance has always fixed everything fast.

I will NOT be renewing my lease at all. This property has turned to complete crap. The two office staff do nothing but take two hour lunches and gossip about residents. The one in the middle office does nothing but use her cellphone and complain if you ask her to do something. Complete waste of an office with her being in a management position. Doesn't do anything in a timely manner. Incompetent employee. The quality of the property has gone down severely since the new company has taken over (Broad Management). Broad is so cheap they won't do improvements across the property. Windows leak terribly, mold growing around the windows and even in the walls. During the winter time, most first floor units have mice issues. They let some sketchy people rent within the property as well. A lot of the new residents are on some major drugs and it doesn't look good for the property. Lots of drug deals happen all hours of the day. Do not move in here! Not worth the hassle! I'd rather move in with my parents, than to continue my lease at Chapel Ridge Apartments! My first review was deleted. I will post under a new account if I need to....

What more can you say about the amazing office staff? You walk in & are greeted right away from the front desk. Maintenance Department is outstanding!!! When something breaks, they generally have a quick then around on service calls. Excellent location, pool, fitness room, business center, playground & pet friendly.

I really love the office/maintenance staff; they make living here enjoyable. The activities and parties they plan for residents are so much fun! I love my apartment and have lived here for six years. The pool is the best, conveniently located by the office, is well taken care of, and I enjoy spending time there in the summer. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, I this one is the best, and plan on staying here for many more years.

Chapel Ridge is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice and have everything you could want. The girls that work in the office always carry themselves in a professional manner and go above and beyond to make all the residents feel welcome. I can say the same thing for the two maintenance guys. Every time I stop them to ask a question they are very professional and willing to help. What more can you ask for in an apartment complex. A weight room, business center, play ground for the kids, and a pool. This has been the best complex I've lived in. From the inside of the apartments to all the amenities and the professional staff. I would recommend Chapel Ridge of Union to any one.

These apt suppose to be "low income" ??. But every yr they raise your rent! So I advise anybody to look for another apt complex cause you going to get an increase every year!
