Property Ratings at Chapel Ridge Townhomes
Do not move here! Property has gone done the drain since new management company earlier this year. Rent has gone up; leasing agent never answers or returns calls. There's now a breed restriction on dogs where there wasn't before. Pool has been closed for a month with no update! The company is based in another state. Maintenance takes forever to get to you. Everyone is moving! Bring back the old management company! We never had these issues before! This is horrible for what we pay!
The townhome is gorgeous! Very quiet, very clean! Everyone is very pleasant to work with!! Love it here! Also super close to a school where I took my daughter to their wonderful park!
Great neighborhood. The management works fine. The maintenance guy (Greg) is the best! The neighbor are mainly very nice people. Close to the elementary school and variety of convenience stores (gas, food, market, pharmacy…). I would like to have a playground for the kids.
I love my place inside and out. What make living here of course and the community but the staff is Amazing. My concerns are handled immediately including my maintenance request. I appreciated the email during the below freezing nights and days. The email sent to the residents (in my opinion) made me aware I needed to take preventative steps (setting the thermostat and opening the bathroom door downstairs) to prevent my pipes from freezing.
I love the people I have met and appreciate the kindness of the management. I am on an inside unit so the noise on either side is a factor as the walls are fairly thin, but I think that is fairly normal for fourplexes. I feel like the service is adequate and though I think the prices are a little high for the amenities, overall I am satisfied with the experience I've had here.
Move in was easy and we Nicole made us feel so welcome! There were a few small problems maintenance fixed right away. The property is very well kept and beautiful!
The entire process of filling an application, getting approved and the final steps to moving in was by far the best I’ve experienced. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you show up to get your keys. The townhomes are cozy and perfect for anyone. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are extremely friendly and the location is next to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend
Living here was everything I had hoped! I was so thankful there was not a pet breed restriction with my Bully’s that is hard to find. I worked with Kayla and she made the process of renting here so seamless!

Lets breakdown each of these, shall we? 1) Poor building quality; Now, I'm lucky enough to have nice neighbors on either side of me, but that doesn't mean I want to witness their personal and intimate moments as if I were in the room with them. But you might! So, if you move into this community, you will have the pleasure of hearing your neighbors every move; When they crack their knuckles, when they have sex, when they cough, when their alarm goes off, when their kid screams/cries, when they're on the phone (you can hear both sides of those conversations - the caller on the other end of the line is as clear as if you were on the phone with them yourself). That's just part of the fun though, if you can hear all of their intimate moments then you KNOW they can hear all of yours ;) so don't be shy! 2) Poor Communication/Miscommunication: When you sign your lease here, you better keep a copy for yourself and know it like the back of your hand. Since the new management took over, there have been several occasions where they attempted to change/alter the original agreement. For example, they sent a mass email this morning stating that they're removing 4 utilities from being included in the rent per the lease agreement, and tenants will now be responsible for those charges. That was, until I emailed them pointing them back to the lease agreement. But I'm sure that was just an innocent mistake and they just want to make sure to keep us on our toes ;). So any new leases will be responsive for ALL utilities including gas/electric/sewer/trash/water/pest. May as well own at house at that point; I guaranty you can find a better townhome situation than that! I ran a quick search on Apartments.com and they all included sewer/trash/pest/water. 3) Parking: Some days you might need to park down the street because you're unable to drive down the lane and park in your garage - why? Because construction workers and some tenants feel the need to park on the street wherever they like on a single lane road. But that's OK, getting more steps is good for you, right? And if you're lucky, management might send another email threat out - exciting stuff! PROS:The tenants here are nice CONS: The building quality is poor so your utilities will be high and you'll have zero privacy. Management will miscommunicate often and continue to try and charge you more and more money even after your lease is signed. Based on my experience here, anyone can find a better living option than this.
