I have been here for over seven years. When Toll ran it, things were very unpredictable. Office staff was basically a revolving door. Since, BET took over this location gets better everyday. Lisa and Kat are so approachable and friendly. They keep the community their upmost priority. I never have had one negative experience since they have arrived. Always, professional. The maintenance team work hard and show up in a timely manner. Again, friendly and professional. The community itself is wonderful. Full of families and the staff always comes up with fun activities and events to keep our neighbors connected. I am proud to live here and highly encourage new tenants to move here! Best in Malvern! My family and I moved here last January, and we adore it here. My kids love the other kids in the neighborhood! The company put a new playground and its so nice to have something for our kids to play with right on the community. The maintenance crew is so respectful and nice too.
I've lived in Charleston Greene for over a year and am very happy with my rental choice. I viewed several properties before deciding to move to CG, but none of them felt like home. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. If I need a maintenance visit, they are timely and thorough and so nice. Love the town and all the shops and restaurants. I couldn't be happier with where I live.

I recently graduated from Villanova and secured a position at Paoli Hospital. I come from a very small town in Kentucky - big cities make me crazy. The feeling I get when driving from work to my home is reminiscent of my home town. I have found Charleston Greene to be very friendly. I love my first home, my townhouse is quite spacious, my bedroom closet is huge I have a window seat in my bedroom as well as my living room. I love the wood burning fireplace and can't wait for the pool to open. the maintenance guys are very friendly and efficient, the office staff as well. I referred a co worker she and her boyfriend are moving in at the end of May. I will get a referral check just for my talking about the place I live!

I currently work in West Chester, PA but didn't want to have to deal with the hustle and bustle of a college town which is what brought me to "The Greene," as my wife and kids call it. The staff is very kind and has always been very attentive. The Amenities are good and the location as it pertains to Philadelphia is ideal - just hop on the train and go!
I moved here a few months ago and I am loving my experience here. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and really get involved with the community. They through a really great BBQ for the residents with prizes!! My daughter had a blast!! I had a maintanance issue and the guys were suprisingly clean cut and friendly. It is probably one of the quietest places I have lived and looking forward to building alot of memories here.
I moved in last year and love that I can rent a townhouse and not from some private homeowner! I moved because I was renting from a private homeowner and they took so long to take care of things. This place has it all. Swimming pool, close to train station, Wegman's, and great location.....oh....and they have someone on staff to take care of any and everything! I highly recommend this place!
