About Chateau Edina

2 bedroom within walking distance of Southdale Mall and near bus lines. Easy access from the Crosstown (MN 62). Master bedroom has walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. Two decks—one off the master bedroom and the other accessible from the living room. Electric fireplace in the living room. All utilities included. ($40 limit on electricity) Background check paid for by applicant is required. No felony convictions in the last five years. One month’s rent is required as a deposit, plus an association mandated $100 move-in fee. Furniture for the master bedroom deck is included. Building is a no pet, no smoking building.
