Property Ratings at Chateau Estates
I like the apartment and the management is great if you have questions they answer it. It quite at night and close to public transportation!
The outside isn’t so great but the inside of the apartments are really nice! The managers and maintenance give me no problems. Property manager Ana and Veronica are very patient and kind about how things are handled. When something needs to be notified about or fixed the maintenance comes ASAP!
They threaten to tow your cars,the parking does not have a hood. The trash is always overflowing and there s always beer bottles all over the ground.It does not have 24 hrs availability. The apartments become bug infested very quickly and they don't fix it. The closets are not big like shown in the photos and in my apartment out washer/dryer are inside one of the bedroom closets. Meaning other people can you use it while they are asleep.
If you solely base your decision off of the exterior, I would not blame you. The exterior is not the best, but the interior of the apartments are actually quite nice. And more spacious than the 1 million newly built apartments in the area. The have an open seperate dining space that I love, granite kitchen and bathroom sinks, large windows, and overall they're safe and pretty quiet at most times. The downfall is the laundry (which is in the master closet, but they also have laundry facilities) also they are really old, and the windows seem like they're haven't been replaced since 1970, and master closet is alittle smaller than expected, and the only only other thing is the number of times they've painted over everything, but overall they pass. Out of 10, the PRICE, LOCATION, THE OFFICE STAFF, THE SPACE, AND THE INTERIORS OVER ALL, I would easily say 8.9/10 (the old windows and exterior look are the reason it's not a 10). But yes, it's not a bad move. And Anna at the office is super sweet and professional!!!
I really recommend this apartments , are very quiet and confortable. Is a good place for kids!
We have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apartment, for the most part it's pretty quiet here, don't have problems with management they are really nice, everything was recently update. The downfall is the windows and window seals are pretty thin so you can hear cars and people when they are outside and maintenance people suck.
