Happily Settled
The manager is amazing, timely, and the property is cozy. Not the most recent build, but it has felt like home from day one. The complex is quiet, and the neighborhood is as well. No crime, no creeps walking the property, you feel safe (and we live next to the street). The price is reasonable for the area, and visitors comment all the time on the spaciousness. It's a place we could easily live in for many years. We love the fireplace and the patios!

A Place To Call Home
I enjoyed my stay in my 1 bedroom cottage with a back yard. It was quiet and my neighbors were nice. The area is a good location and I especially liked being able to bike to Woodward Park. The manager was professional, friendly, and took care of any maintenance requests as quickly as possible. I have lived in other places where the managers did not care and treated me like I was a bother to them. Thank you Danae!! You are wonderful!! I would have easily stayed another 4 years if it were possible!!

Good Luck on getting in! This place is great and the manager is great. Great area, small and gated, easy to get to know your neighbors.

Worst management
Loved living there but the apartment manager was terrible. She was and gross. She ruined my entire experience. Hopefully she's not there anymore
