Horrible manager
The manager at front office never answers their phone. When we have to go in person they promise to contact us and never do. If we ever need to talk to her the only way is to go in person just to see her smoking cigarettes outside with maintenance.

Outstanding property.
I lived here for 2 years and it was honestly the best. The property is well taken care of, cleanliness was excellent, maintenance was excellent. It is such a quiet property, I never had any problems living here. The property manager is very professional. The location is great. Chateau Santa Fe is really outstanding.

Kudos to Chateau Santa Fe Management
Chateau Santa Fe is an excellent place to live. I have lived at this beautiful complex for five years. Lori the apartment manager and Albert the maintenance manager are both excellent. They both love this property and care about the people living here.

Highly Recommend
a well-maintained complex 4-to 8-units per bldg. 2 well-kept pools and covered parking. With or without washer and dryer. Management is cheerful, friendly and professional. Within blocks of shopping, restaurants and Corpus Christi bay.
