Property Ratings at Chateau Village and Deer View Apartments
We decided to move here for a year while my roommate finished college. Unfortunately we aren’t staying in GR or I would live here forever. The apartments look BRAND new and are kept super clean. The manager personally walks through the units after they’ve been cleaned. The appliances are high quality. The washer and dryer in unit is super convenient. These apartments are extra roomy and there is so much cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom! Maintenance is always there the same day, if not, within the hour. The grounds are kept clean, and the buildings are vacuumed weekly. Very quiet, polite, upscale community.
The staff is friendly and responsive and the apartments are clean and well maintained. Whenever we had a problem in the apartment, the maintenance staff was typically out to fix it within 24 hours! Sometimes you'll get stuck with meh neighbors, but that happens at every apartment complex. Loved our experience here and would highly recommend it!
I've lived at Chateau for about a year now and I'm very happy. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. When I've called for maintenance, the response has been quick and I've always been satisfied with the work. They care about the appearance of the complex, too. The buildings were recently power washed and I noticed some deck railings were replaced. Plus, we were given plenty of notice so we could clear off our decks. My apartment has lots of closet space, a large bathroom, a washer and dryer in unit, and lots of cupboard and counter space in the kitchen. Overall, it's a great place to live and I would definitely recommend living here.
I am new to this community, but what I witnessed when I came in to inquire about renting an apartment made me feel very joyful. Charity saw my need and was compassionate to my circumstances and made me feel blessed!! She took the time, at the end of her day, to show me a rental that was available when I needed to move. This experience made me feel very welcome and I can't wait to move into my apartment! Thank you, to Charity and Claudia for turning a very bad day into a positive experience and one that I will never forget!! Sincerely, Pam
My wife and I lived in Chateau Village shortly before getting married, from 2012-2013. We loved the location, the value, and the staff. We were genuinely sad to leave in late 2013, when we bought a house. It was a fun experiment, but entirely more bother and exposure than I care to carry. Fast forward to this summer; we sell the house. The first call we place is to Chateau Village, where they rush to refinish a recently vacated unit, so that they can have us back! We really like it here, and will be staying indefinitely.
I lived at Chateau Village with my husband for 2 years, we have nothing but great things to say! Claudia, Charity and Holly in the office are amazing! They are so personable, helpful and quick to respond. The apartment and community are well landscaped, clean and safe, we have no noise complaints or safety/hazzard concerns. We had an issue with our washer but that was quickly fixed within 12 hours, we received a brand new and upgraded washer, they even accidentally broke my box fan and replaced it with a better fan! They are great at snow removal in the winter and are wonderful about giving you notification when there is maintenance about to happen. We'd highly recommend Chateau Village!
Great apartments in a quiet, wooded area. Off a main street but feels cozy. Spacious apartments with overhead car port and washers and dryers! Great neighborhood for walking and no horrible neighbors yet! Only missing one star bc of lack of parking near my building for guests. Other than that, i would highly recommend it!
We have wildlife in our backyard...we have laminate floors which are easy to maintain....our building is taken care of every weekend. We have two bedrooms and two good size bathrooms....we also have a large one stall garage that handles all our storage needs
I have lived here for over a year and I love it! The apartments look really nice and new, the facility is kept clean, and the management and maintenance people are super helpful. I have had no major issues with noise and/or neighbors. The neighborhood is in a safe area and is conveniently located. I love having a washer and dryer in the apartment. I would recommend Chateau Village to anyone!
My name is Josh. I've lived at these appartments for almost 2 years, and feel they are terrific. My fiancee and I looked around a lot of places before deciding on Chateau Village. The location is nice, nestled into some trees and hills, the staff is helpful, maintenance is quick to fix issues, and grounds are kept in good repair. I would recommend these appartments to people who ask (I often do) and feel they are very good for the price.
The office is helpful, and actually responds to problems; the maintenance is pretty responsive too. Never had a problem I couldn't go to them on. The buildings are a little older, so they feel more sturdy and sound doesn't travel as well in these apartments, giving you a quieter environment. By far, some of the best appliances at any apartment around: gas stove with range hood, washer and dryer in every unit, and covered parking. Overall a very positive experience with management and facilities; with noise being mostly dependent on the quality of your neighbors, at least the thick walls help.
