Just moved in and loving it so far. Everyone has been super helpful during the move in process. The outdoor space is really nice to have in the summer.

For the most part, everything is almost perfect. The package room is a mess if you aren’t using fetch and if you are using fetch sometimes the scheduling doesn’t always work. Chris is a huge reason that our building is well kept and things are constantly being taken care of. I’ve never had to wait more than a day or so for Chris to come fix something. I wish you both elevators had access to the roof. That can get annoying. Overall, the Hensley is great.
It’s been good so far, but they did leave my strings to my shades a tangled mess. I’m excited to start living in such a wonderful area and be walking distances from everything I need.
Have loved living at the Hensley great tenants and management. Ever since this new management team took over things have been running smoothly!
Really enjoying living at The Hensley. The units are large and spacious, there are little convenient touches all around the building and you can’t beat the location. The mid-size complex is very nice, not too much foot traffic or noise. Would love to see some type of doorman or package receiving tenant, as the package delivery system hasn’t quite been perfected yet. Overall would renew my lease again!
We’ve enjoyed living at the Hensley. The location is great, and we enjoy our large balcony and the awesome city views from it. The floor plan has been great and exactly what we need

I have lived here for 3 months and do not regret my decision to move here one bit. I moved from a large, luxury rental building to Hensley to be in a quieter, more well managed building and it has not disappointed me. Management is very responsive, the building is always clean, and the neighborhood is great. 10/10 would recommend!

Have lived here for several years, very easy to get down to the lakefront path and other surrounding neighborhoods. Old town is just several blocks away and all other neighborhoods are very easily accessible. New management is very responsive and the building is typically quiet. Building is fairly new and only 5 years old- I would recommend

I love my apartment, everything is always so well taken care of here. Everyone working here and neighbors are extremely helpful and nice. This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed living somewhere without large issues with neighbors or management. Awesome place to live! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next apartment.

This is a great location and building! The management is very responsive and the rooftop is pretty sweet with pano views!
Such an incredible building to live in with all the amazing amenities!! But only been living here for 9 months and they’ve changed staff three times- the first round of staff was INCREDIBLE! Everyone was friendly, everything was cleaned daily (elevators, main floor, every floor hallway vacuumed), they were willing to do whatever that needed to be done in order to make your HOME feel safe and comfortable. But property management now? Not sure they even exist…. Never see anyone, the trash cans are overstuffed on every floor. Oh and if you care to purchase a new key fob for the front door… don’t plan on being allowed to if you have a single box in front of your car (considering there’s no storage)! So not only are we getting threatened every month to be sent to evictions- (haven’t missed a single month of rent, agreed with original property management what day rent would be due) instead of the new property manager trying to have any sort of productive conversation it resulted in more threats of being sent to evictions…. If you enjoy beautiful views then by all means, this is the place for you. But if you enjoy being treated with any dignity and like friendly staff that treats everyone equally, I’d suggest living elsewhere especially with how much rent is and only increasing. Not to mention how dangerous river north has become…. My family and I were excited to say the least to be living here. Now, we cannot wait til our lease is up.

Management could not be worse if they tried. It was nice that they asked their agents to make fake reviews about the building. They cut off our internet & tv plans mid lease, with only 1 week of notice. Our entry system has been broken for a week, with no fix in sight. They redid our rooftop and took away comfortable seating for a bench style that looks and feels terrible! Maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed.

Hello, we did have to send an alert on updating our cable and internet package to ensure rental increases are kept to a minimum. We also offered every resident a complimentary firestick or Roku along with a $45/month credit until the lease term expires for anyone affected. We have new furniture on the way for the rooftop and we have a vendor fixing the unforeseen door issue. Three management companies in less than a year. That should tell potential renters enough to stay away. After hours emergency number goes to VOICEMAIL! Key fob to unit quit working and no one available to provide access to unit. Had to stay in hotel. No offer to pay for this. Current management company sent email following morning saying they don’t know why fob quit working WITHOUT ASKING IF I WAS ABLE TO ACCESS UNIT. Very inexperience amateurs working for management company. Rents are high and resident needs are ignored. Have lived here 10 months and still have no hot water in kitchen without having to run the water for 10 minutes despite notifying management (each company) repeatedly. Ownership supposedly lives in house. I imagine they have hot water.
Overated and overhyped apartment building. Most suitable for smokers, party goers and the likes. Not a non smoking building. Management company is the worst I have dealt with. There are way too many better managed apartment building around to settle in this poorly managed property. Lipstick on a pig!
