Just moved in Oct 19th 2024. Yes very new here. So far so great. The quietness here is obvious from the leasing office all the way to my bathroom. I am having great night sleeps because of that. So thankful. I didn’t like the way some parts of my apartment look, spoke up about it and it was taking care of immediately. I have been seeing a pest control technician out often. That tells me they take care of their residents . Not to mention how clean everywhere is, and the kindness and professionalism of staff. If you had doubt about moving here, have peace cause it’s worth it.

I have lived at Chazal for almost 4 years now. It is by far the best renting experience I have ever had. Maintenance is great and responsive. I enjoy the location and neighborhood. Management is aware of most issues and does there best to help.

Chazal is a quiet community in south Scottsdale that is nearby a park that has nice walking paths, disc golf, and basketball. Good pool, gym, and apartments. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.

It's ok. Don't get close to the office manager of the maintenance workers, you should be fine. Nice park next door. Good location. Police station nearby.

I’ve lived here 5 years and have been very happy with this community. It’s right next to a big park. It’s so perfect for an early morning walk. Also, the grounds are kept clean and it’s very quiet. The staff are all friendly and always try to help with any issues. And maintenance is amazing!!

Great community to live in. Maintenance team is courteous. Management is great and informative. They hold community events monthly which is nice. Although parking can be limited, the community gym is on the small side, and the Amazon locker has some overheating issues during the summer. Overall great area.

Nice apartments that are close to a park bordering a river. Beautiful scenery with shops close by. Only thing I'd want improved is a more modern bath/shower.

Great staff, however we have moved in to sort of a half done job with leaks and dirt throughout. Ac is not working in the middle of summer, very hot!

I love the complex and want to keep living here, but the condition of our apartment is just so bad. Four sewer leaks at this point, water coming from the ceilings, every time it rains the windows leak water, etc. I'm hoping when our renewal comes up, we can get offered a different apartment. Everything else about the complex is great though.

Overall good, quiet, clean apartment complex. Definitely showing signs of aging/normal wear and tear, but management and property team have been working on the outer appearance. Maintenance staff is top notch, and explain things in detail when asked.

AC/Heater doesn't work in units which makes your bills high. Maintenance is a hit or miss. Staff is unprofessional and gossips. Big spacious apartments.

Oh my goodness. This horrible place. Julien does nothing for you. They lie through their teeth constantly. I moved in, 12 hours later, hoards of bedbugs started coming into my apartment… No joke. I don’t write reviews ever. But I lost over 7,000$ because this stupid complex is infested with bedbugs and severe electrical issues (water in my ceiling fans) and have zero care. GREYSTAR YOU ARE MONEY HUNGRY, with NO CARE FOR YOUR RESIDENTS FROM DAY ONE.

I toured here last week and spoke with Lauren. She was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the community. Loved my experience here. Property is well kept and employees are friendly. This property is on the top of my list at the moment of where I will be leasing. Definitely recommending this complex to friends and family. It’s also very close to everything and a nice park.

This apt community USED to be great, but has recently turned into a nightmare. When we switched from our 2 bdrm to the 3 bdrm we were overjoyed until all of the problems started. The apartment flooded, the shower in the master bdrm has issues & so did the shower in the 2 bathroom. The big kicker is the flooring that they put in our apartment is pulling up & spreading from the ground. It’s something cheap they got during the pandemic & their resolution was for us to move ALL of our stuff from one side of the house so they can fix the issue on that side and then do it again on the opposite side. Me and my husband take care of my elderly in laws so there was no way that was happening. And they made sure to stretch out answering our e-mails about this until AFTER the lease was signed, so now we’re trapped for another year! This is horrible! Don’t EVER move here! If I could give this 0 stars, I would! Run from this place! And run fast!

The community is in an amazing location! We love having a park right in the back yard. The staff are all super friendly and the amenities are well kept and very appreciated

I’ve been a resident of Chazal Scottsdale for over 3 years, and I have to say this community is one of the best kept secrets in South Scottsdale. It’s located right off the beautiful Scottsdale greenbelt with an amazing biking/walking path and many outdoor activities nearby. It’s a quiet community with friendly neighbors and a staff that will go above and beyond for you, especially the Assistant Manager, Julian!! The only drawbacks are limited parking and a lack of landscaping. The landscaping looks great around the office and amenities, but the buildings on the outer edge have been forgotten, and could use a huge refresh. Overall, though, my family and I are incredibly happy to call Chazal home. A huge thank you to the wonderful onsite team! :-)

Chazal Scottsdale is a safe apartment complex community, with friendly, responsive staff. The location is fantastic for access to the "Green Belt" outdoor area.

Chazal is in a great location in between Old Town and Tempe, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. My apartment is beautiful and cozy. Leasing staff has been very responsive to the few issues I had after moving in. Very happy with my decision to live here!

Great maintenance team. And when the maintenance team was busy Julian the property manager jumped right in and fixed several things in my unit! To me that’s going over and beyond the call of duty which I really appreciate!

Chazal Scottsdale is a beautiful apartment complex. It is clean, quiet and nearby to open outdoor space. Tenets are friendly and safety is never a concern. Leasing office is friendly and always willing to help. A good experience so far!

Great place to live. Mostly quiet at all times. Close to a ton of fun stuff at old town or Tempe. Huge park next to us which is great to walk at or ride a bike. Management is fantastic and helpful.

Besides the issues that havent been fixed since weve moved in, it is a nice place. Theyve stopped heating the pool, so the water is extremely cold. The treadmills and some of the other equipment in the gym sometimes need to be reset during a workout, which is incredibly annoying. Overall, I dont see this as a long term living situation.

We hate to hear you are experiencing problems that have yet to be resolved! As for the pool, the heaters a not from April t hrough October, they are just naturally heated in the summer from the high temperatures. However, we have turned on the heater now for the pool. As for the fitness equipment, we are currently working with our vendor to get these repaired as soon as possible. Great maintenance and management staff. I've lived here 3 years and have no complaints. Location is phenomenal with easy access to miles of biking and running paths.
I moved in during a stressful time in my life, and Julian at the front office was so kind and accommodating to me. Not only is he great, but the community is so lovely as well! Neighbors say hi and it truly feels like a home! I love it so far.
The move in for me was a bit of a hassle but the apartment is nice for my first apartment and the leasing staff is great.
This is a great place to live! They do everything in a classy way. Maintenance is great and very timely. You never have to ask twice. The office is super friendly and helpful!
