This is by far the BEST building ever. Ivan and Caity are responsive and caring. Great maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds. Neighbors are awesome and the building is quiet and clean! You will be a very happy tenet here!
Chelsea Manor is a fantastic place to live and it is due to the great management, ownership and maintenance team. Property is a quiet, well-kept one that the owner takes a lot of pride in. The maintenance team of Ivan and Juan are extremely helpful with any issue you may have in your unit and always go the extra mile to provide good service. This location is a hidden jewel in the Valley and should be near the top of the list by anyone looking to move in the area.
The building is extremely well kept and the apartments are terrific. It feels like a community. Virginia, the manager, could not be nicer and keeps everything extremely well maintained and looking great. She even helped get family members in touch with us--when our phones were off for the night--and the family member knew they could call her even at night since it was urgent. While we no longer live there, we have the fondest memories of Virginia and Chelsea Manor.
Lived here for two years. The apartment complex is very well maintained and the AC, heat, and water systems ran perfectly. Virginia, the apartment manger, was accessible when we needed her and would always be quick to schedule a repairman if it was necessary. She was super friendly and I felt like she genuinely cared about managing the property and the tenants who lived there. Our apartment was very well designed and enjoyable to live in. Overall a very comfortable experience.
I've lived at Chelsea Manor for many years and it is a wonderful place to call home. Lynn, the owner, is very particular about who gets to live here, and managers Virginia and Cameron keep the place in immaculate condition. The result is a quiet, laid back place to live that tenants can be proud of. Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and professionally and the common areas are pristine. I'd highly recommend Chelsea Manor to anyone looking for an apartment in the valley.
I've been a tenant for over a decade and I absolutely love living here. Management and owner are very nice and attentive to all your needs. The building is always super clean, well-maintained and quite providing the cozy atmosphere I called home.
We lived in Chelsea manor for almost 3 years and have nothing but praise for the property and the management. We lived in a few other rental properties before this one, and there is no comparison. The property is immaculate, thanks to the efforts of Virginia, the property manager. Anytime we needed anything, it was promptly attended to by Virginia who is always available and ready to help. The apartments themselves are top notch, very clean, with almost all new finishes and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Every apartment has an outdoor patio, which is such a luxury! Anyone that ever visited our apartment was always so impressed by the level cleanliness and general upkeep of the complex. I really can't say enough about the management- and Virginia in particular who really ensures that everyone is extremely well taken care of. You will be proud to call Chelsea manor your home!
The headline to this review states what I find most important in a property. In the many years that I lived in Los Angeles and several different apartment buildings this is by far the cleanest and best maintained of them all. Lynn, the owner and Virginia, the manager along with her husband Cameron maintain the property with pride and hard work. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the people that operate it (friendly, responsive, caring, diligent etc...)
I lived at this complex for a number of years and it was a great place to live. The property was managed very well and was always clean. The building manager was also super nice and was always helpful whenever I had any questions. Highly recommend.
I rented an apartment here for a decade and it was home sweet home! The property is meticulously maintained and any time I had even the smallest of repair requests, they were addressed immediately. The apartments are modern, spacious and, above all, in a community where the other renters are courteous to each other. The management makes sure people respect other tenants’ rights to a quiet and clean building. I left to move into my own house, but could otherwise have happily stayed there for another 10 years. Thanks to Lynn, Virginia and Cameron!
From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I found my next home. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well kept, from the hard-wood floor in the living room and the plush carpet in the bedroom, to the granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathroom. The common areas were always clean and attended for. The building manager, Virginia, was always very friendly, helpful, and available. I really miss her! The owner was also great: she was always very responsive whenever something would need to be attended for and I really appreciated the time and money she would invest in the property to keep it in tip-top shape. It was always very obvious that both Virginia and the owner really cared about this property and their tenants: I would still be living at Chelsea Manor if I didn't have to move out of state because of a new job opportunity. I would certainly recommend Chelsea Manor to other tenants: I would not have lived there for over 6 years if that was not the case! The apartment and building are great, clean, centrally located in the Valley and just minutes away from the 170, the 101, and the 405; the building manager and owner are very helpful and deeply care their tenants and their well-being; and on top of everything else, the rent was quite competitive and fair for the area. All in all, a great place to call home!
In my humble opinion, Chelsea Manor has earned a 5-star rating. I've lived in many an apartment complex in the Greater L.A. area over the years, and this one was the best for a variety of reasons. I can attest first-hand that, throughout my nearly-4-year residence here until needing to relocate out of state, my experience living here was unforgettable in the best way. Owner Lynn takes exemplary care of the entire property, and it is meticulously maintained by management -- the very affable Virginia, along with her equally amicable spouse, Cameron. Major props go to Lynn and Virginia for their very selective rental process; if you've been approved to rent here, then you know that you're special! They only approve good eggs! Each apartment is well-maintained, and the amenities and common areas are always clean and orderly. If you're a party animal, you'll want to/need to look elsewhere. What attracted me to this property in the first place -- besides the location being central to so many things -- is their no-smoking and no-pet policy. My neighbors and I were respectful of our apartment units (as if we owned them, ourselves), the property as a whole, and each other. What I call "suburban life in the city" was peaceful and pleasant here, and I recommend Chelsea Manor fully and wholeheartedly.
