The Chelsea Park West property caters to everyone. This property is perfect for my daughter and I. It is clean, pet friendly, and the amenities are wonderful. I refer to the ladies in the office as the “creative team” being they are always working on new events and activities for the tenants. The efficiency from the maintenance crew is incredible when something in my unit needs to addressed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality place to live.
I absolutely love location as it provides the access to so much many things in the area. Staff are wonderful to work with And very responsive to anybody’s needs. I recommend CPW to anyone coming into the Traverse City area.!!!!!
I feel so at home here and love the high ceilings, the carpet free floors, and all the dog friendly neighbors here! Everyone cleans up after their dogs so it is a clean and happy environment. It's also very safe since we look out for each other. It's like family!
I've been living here for 6 months now and I just love it here. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and have a modern feel to them. There are tons of amenities, such as a brand new pool and a very nice gym (they have 2 Pelotons!). The staff is friendly and attentive, and maybe I lucked out being on the top floor, but it is very quiet and peaceful here. Definitely worth checking out.

Living at Chelsea Park West Apartments in Traverse City was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home from day one. They were always there to address any questions or concerns, and their professionalism was truly impressive. The maintenance service was outstanding, promptly attending to any issues that arose and ensuring everything was in perfect condition. The only drawback was the higher cost of living in Traverse City, which is beyond the control of the apartments. However, considering the excellent living experience and amenities at Chelsea Park West Apartments, it was well worth the investment. I wholeheartedly recommend Chelsea Park West Apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable living space in Traverse City. The exceptional staff and top-notch maintenance service create a fantastic home despite the city's higher cost of living.
We’ve been here just over 4 months now and couldn’t be happier. Every month they’re something new to enjoy! With the community garden and of course the pool getting close to opening we are over the moon with Chelsea Park West! Some think it’s on the pricey side but it’s Traverse City and it’s very comparable! Loving it??
I have been living here for almost a month! My boyfriend and I were ready to move out and make a life for ourselves and the second we walked in the office we were immediately taken care of! The staff here are so kind. If you ever have any issues maintenance is on it! Both trash and recycling are picked up right outside your door! And they are just overall very beautiful and modern apartments! I feel at home :)
I've lived all over the country in different apartment homes and Chelsea Park West is by far the nicest one I've ever lived in! The space is bright, with tons of storage, and probably the biggest closet I'll ever have in my life. The maintenance crew is top notch and if you have any issue whatsoever, they take care of it right away. I also LOVE the Trash Butler service. Being able to put my trash right outside of my door and have it picked up 5x week is the best! Overall, I'm super happy here and can't wait to see how this community grows!
I've been living at Chelsea Park West since April with my fiancé. The decision for us to move to Traverse City from Grand Rapids was a bit spontaneous with a lot of uncertainty given the limited housing options. Chelsea Park West was beyond accommodating form the first conversation we had with them. The staff is personable and flexible. I love that they're pet friendly and have outdoor grills during the summer time; I expect that will couple nicely with the pool. that will be open next summer. If you're anything like us and like a comfortable, homey location just shy of downtown, Chelsea Park West is your spot to be. P.S. Terra Firma Brewery is a hop-skip away and has very tasty adult beverages.
Thankful to have been able to move in so quickly when it was winter , everyone is so nice I adore My neighbors. It's nice to feel like I'm in a safe environment puts my mind at ease. The office ladies an maintenance Mike are hands down amazing humans blessed doesn't cover it

I’ve been living in Chelsea Park West for about 9 months now. My entire experience thus far has been excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating when I was struggling to find a place to reside, and they were flexible with me on my move-in date. The maintenance crew is punctual and do a great job with small repairs and natural touch-ups. They are in the process of completing the in-ground pool and are looking into on-site storage so the outlook for Chelsea Park West is very high. Overall highly recommend living here.
The most spacious 1 bedroom apartment I've ever lived in! Huge bedroom closet! Nice sized laundry and storage room. High-end cabinetry and countertops. Nice large shower. Very comfortable layout. Plenty of room for all my furniture. Maintenance staff is very responsive to even the smallest request. Hard working staff as well. Always there when you need them.
As stated in the other reviews, the apartments themselves are very nice. I also absolutely adore the people who work in the office and maintenance, very friendly and helpful. My problem is with Rock management. The base price increased for my apartment almost 20% after the first year… that doesn’t include the over priced utilities bundle they fail to tell you about until after signing. There is still no pool, and no sign of it starting. Parking is a nightmare, most of the spots are assigned and no one parks in their spots so if you get home any later than 6pm, good luck. The most recent move that is absolutely dumbfounding is they have assigned 8 prime spots in front of each building (two per building) to electric vehicles only… I’ve lived here for a year and have not seen a single electric vehicle. Just look somewhere else, that’s all.

The Apartment is itself if nice, however, zero amenities including car port, pool, gym, community center, etc.. are available, and was told upon signing lease that there would be construction, but amenities should be completed by July 2021..there is absolutely NO WAY that is happening. (no discount rent offered during this time either, even though I'm paying a premium to have these amenities) Parking is a nightmare, and constantly having notes sent that we have to move our cars. Management is just not great. A few weeks ago received a note that we had to lock up our dog every single day for the whole week, 8:30a-5p JUST IN CASE the property manager and cable were to come...they DIDN'T COME AT ALL, and then wanted to come back a few days later, DIDN'T COME AGAIN, then came on a day that was not scheduled, and my dog was out, and I was not home. I think they just need better management. I want to love my home, especially for the price...I just don't.
My apartment is beautiful! The people are super friendly and the office staff are very attentive. My neighbors are nice, it's quiet and respectful. Plenty of parking. I like being close to restaurants but I don't feel like I'm on a main drag or out in the middle of nowhere.
