Chelsea Place

It’s been amazing, I loved the past two years here. Nothing compares to anywhere else in the Murfreesboro area. Love that it is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly!

All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Wonderful community with events, fun loyalty program with points. Apartment is my dream apartment. Scenery is gorgeous.

So far these last couple months have been pretty good no issues with my apartment no harm the community is good needs more surveillance around these apartments for sure but Besides that it has been great place for anyone to live!!!

I love living here so far. The experience has been great. There is little to no noise at night, and I can feel myself relaxing with the breathtaking views my residence offers. I love the place so far.

Such a great environment. Very clean and remote. Pet friendly. The staff are so kind and helpful. Plenty of amenities for everyone as well as a community garden.

This community feels safe. My appliances are always breaking down but maintenance is always quick to respond. My neighbors are quiet and nice.

I have enjoyed my time here, the only complaint I have is our AC continuously going out during the summer, but maintenance was always quick to fix it.

Nice apartment complex that fits my current life situation. I have consistent area to park my car close to my apartment. Nice amenities and access to mailbox.

A quiet place, great people and everyone is so helpful. When a maintenance request is put in, they are quick to respond and get it fixed. They keep up with everything on a regular basis.

Everyone that helped me was great. If I had questions and they didn't know they found somebody that did know. They gave me a tour of the property. I really appreciate that told me about all the exciting things that they did for the residents so far, great place to live.

It’s been pretty amazing nice neighborhood nice community beautiful place to start at and move up from there and good communication I like how they really take damages to the apartment seriously the customer service is spot on and the associates are kind and friendly!

Good neighborhood, some of the partments are a little outdated for the price, and it takes an act of congress to get a parking spot near your apartment at certain times of the night.

Me and my family have been living here for three years now and have had great experiences along the way including with the staff in the front office !

I have lived in Chelsea from past 2 years , and I have just renewed my lease. I have enjoyed living here and love my apartment, the management has been amazing and are doing great new things for our community! Maintenance has been on top whenever there is service request raised.

The staff is great but not always quick in responses. The apartment I'm in keeps having new issues. (older unit,makes sense) Overall an okay place for the price though.

This place is really very very very nice. The building and interior of the apartments is just amazing. location is very good and safe. The most important thing is that management is really responsible to their tenants.

It's been pretty good here, we've had little to no issues with everything. Every work order has been completed within a couple days and the amenities are pretty good.

Hoenstly nothing has been bad about being here. If life works out right we might be staying for a while. Wife loves being able to go to the pond and fish and hang out with the ducks and turtles, 2 of her favorite animals, and she loves the pools here. Everything is decently well kept. Somethings could use some work but everything is great for the most part. Not had any security issues or anything like that either.

Move in day was a breeze and everything was ready for me the day I moved in. I love my apartment it’s so beautiful and cozy. I can’t wait to finish decorating and setting up furniture.

My overall experience has been good, there have been a few maintenance issues on move in that had me worried, but overall the office folks have been kind and maintenance has taken care of the more urgent issues. Overall pretty average-to-pleasant apartment experience.

Roxanna and the whole team were great with the application process making it easy to understand and explaining the required documents they needed. Signing our lease was just as easy, willing to work with our crazy schedules and helpful to accommodate.

I do enjoy it here, but the wall/floors are very thin so you can hear everything from people talking to people walking above you. But other wise, we’ve had a great experience

My stay at Chelsea Place has been rewarding! It is pet-friendly, nature-friendly, and its pond is wonderful. I have requested maintenance and it is always attended to promptly.

Had a couple issues with our door not locking in the beginning but otherwise had been amazing. We take advantage of all of the amenities to the fullest and the events are super fun!

Every time I have gone to the leasing office with a minor issue they have resolved it quickly and genuinely make you feel like you are a priority to them rather than a nuisance for maintenance issues. All the staff are always extremely pleasant to deal with.

The lamdscaping company had damaged my car twice now, and the landscaping company and the apartment complex will not do anything about it and refuses to do anything to prevent further damages.. There's visible water damage to the walls and ceiling in my apartment, and also some mold. Also when I moved in, a LOT of stuff was broken. Hands down the best community in Murfreesboro! They have so many resident events that just make you feel at home. Such a beautiful property. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve lived at Chelsea Place for four years now and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. The people that work for Chelsea Place, the leasing office ladies and the maintenance guys, are absolutely wonderful! They are all very on top of their jobs and are always willing to help you out in anyway. I’ve lived in two different apartments now and both of them have been great. Never had any major issues with the two places. I HIGHLY recommend Chelsea Place to everyone. Thanks Chelsea Place!

The staff is great, our apartment is spacious and upgraded! (The cabinets and counter tops are beautiful) I’ve lived here for 6 years or more now, and I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff, any maintenance issues get taken care of right away and our neighbors are wonderful! Thank you Chelsea Place!!

My time at Chelsea Place has been mostly good. I keep to myself and had no real issues. In one of the last months of my stay, the online rent payment system made an error. It denied my payment (the same one I use every month and is saved in the system). I went to talk to someone about this and they refused to even look into it. There is no possible way it was an error on my part considering I use a saved account to pay every month. Anyway, they made no attempt to help me and I was charged late fees as if it was my fault. On top of that, the only advice they gave me was to contact the payment service. I had to wait until Monday to do anything as this was on a Friday. Well, come Monday I get a notice that they will begin to file a Dispossory and eventually eviction. This is all because I took the advice OF THE LEASING OFFICE. I ended up having to pay nearly 300 dollars for a mistake they made. What an absolute joke. I cannot rate this place low enough. The absolute lack of help I received with whatever the issue was, was stunning. I would never rate a place low due to simple issues like maintenance or something, I totally understand mistakes happen. But the refusal to even try and be helpful to your tenants is a horrible way to run an apartment complex and I am so disappointed I have to be writing this. What a dismal end to what would have been a pretty great year here.

This is me and my fiancé’s first apartment and we love it. The walking trail and pond is nice. The salt water pool is great for the summer time. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment. Love it!
