Lived there for a long time but when the Balfour Beatty people took over in 2021-2022 that place went to crap. Overpriced for what is hostile and rude staff as well as letting more thuggish people move in left and right
The management changed twice over the two years I lived here. The staff is surely available if you are looking to lease. Once a tenant, they are difficult to reach and do not return calls. This is a fact. When I did finally get someone, they had no idea how to answer questions and say they need to contact "corporate." I was told I would get a call back but that never happened. Multiple times. So frustrating having to chase down simple answers. I was promised a ceiling fan would be installed in my bedroom before I signed my lease but it never was. I had an email from the staff saying such. After it didn't happen, I was told that staff person is no longer here and he made a mistake and should not have promised this to you. Well, he did and you should honor it but they did not. Also, I love dogs and there are a lot here. But unfortunately most don't pick up after their dogs and it is everywhere. People are gross. The bird poop is even worse. It's everywhere in the building hallways. In the two years, they only cleaned it one time. There are piles of it on the stairways and railings. Lastly, if you move out, good luck chasing them for your security deposit. I left the apartment spotless as I traveled for my job and was rarely there. I had to call them numerous times but, again, was told it's a "corporate thing." They would not give me a contact or number at corporate to follow up. It took 3 months to get my money back. Good luck if you decide to stay here.
I love living here! Ive been here around a month and its my first time in an apartment but the office and maintenance staff have made me feel so welcome! I was afraid of my dogs barking or doing other puppy things but everyone has been very tolerant and easygoing about canines being in the complex. I feel right at home here!

I enjoy living here. The floor plans seem spacious, however they seemed to forget about a larger closet and additional storage space like a coat closet. I would definitely recommend to a friend. It is close to many food options and surrounds you with nature so you dont fill overwhelmed with it being in the middle of the city.

The guys were great! After taking care of my key/lock original service request, they did extra by showing me how to work my air conditioner then checking my filter. The one guy served me well before leaving then better with the other guys help installing new light bulb(s) the next day without a service request when I saw them near my apartment and asked.

I love everything about C|P. With one exception about which I will not complain. It's the noise of keeping the grounds (blowers, mowers, and weed eaters) and the power washers. As I said, I do not complain because all these things are well kept and that is much more important than the occasional noise. Obviously, I do like quiet and I have found it here. This is my first apartment in years and I have found it to be quieter than living in a single family dwelling in quiet neighborhoods. This was and still is surprising.
