Property Ratings at Cherry Cove
It's a quiet area; I love that it's pushed to the back of the street. The apartment itself is very cozy, comfortable and overall updated. mine has a small yard and detached garage and honestly, I absolutely love it, the yard is a good size for hosting, the garage has a lot of storage room while still being able to fit my car in there. As I do wish the kitchen was a bit bigger with more cabinets it's still very manageable to store all of our dishware and food. The bathrooms are a dream come true, the tub is nice and very big, the double sinks and the large size of the bathroom allow me and my boyfriend enough space to be able to get ready together without getting in each other's way. Being so close to the freeway and airport you can hear the cars and planes but it's not terrible, defiantly tolerable. It's a small community so having to walk to the laundry room or to get your mail is easy. I always feel safe when there. I never have to worry about any deliveries being stolen or messed with. The manager Yolanda has been so helpful and nice during every interaction. Carols the Maintenace man has been amazing at fixing any little thing that we call for. Everywhere you look will have their own pros and cons, but this place has more pros than cons for me.
Such a rude Manager… very disappointed. She gets mad if we tell her that something in the apartment isn't working well and if they can come over to fix it… her answer its always been “if you want to leave thats fine its all we got in these apartments???????“
Rude staff, won’t fix apartments roof has a hole, will charge you a dog deposit and they still have a problem with pets. Many mosikitos stairway un safe, when raining it floods. And no type of security un less you install a camera, your self. People will be doing drugs in laundry rooom ,
My apartment is a one bedroom with fire place, central air and dish washer. There is a pool and laundry room. I am close to the Ontario airport so the sound proofing is pretty good. It's a small place and would like something bigger but for a single guy it's OK. I love the city of Ontario and have a view of the mountains.
It is a nice place to live, the area is close to shopping centers and freeways, which is always a plus
The property was very nice and I especially liked the location because it was hidden away from any busy streets. The employees were very nice, personable and and helpful but I was able to find something similar for less.
