Property Ratings at Cherry Creek Crossing Apartments
I was looking for a nice, affordable place to live and came across Cherry Creek Crossing Apartments. I ended up moving into one of their one-bedroom units, and it’s been a good fit for me. The management here is pretty hands-on and seems to be working hard to improve things. They’ve been making a lot of updates around the property, which is nice to see. Overall, it’s not a luxury apartment, but it’s comfortable and a solid place to call home while they keep making improvements.
This apartment complex has gotten so bad. When i first moved in here I felt so LUCKY. Cheap rent. Kinda run down kitchen but over all not bad for the price and the location is GREAT. But the drama and crime is terrible now. Since the pandemic there has been car break ins on a regular, homeless or drug addicts live in their cars, and there is always mischief happening. Some neighbors are nice and keep to themselves but others cause drama around the complex. The close location to the Flower Lounge, and homeless camps make this place sketchy at night and in early morning. Many neighbors have called to complain hoping to get a gate or at least security but the front desk claims they need more money to get that done.
Just moved from out of state and love the community. It is almost like it is hiding off Stassney Lane and there is a lot of privacy. Great neighbors and pet friendly!
