We are conveniently located minutes from Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Just one hour from the White Mountains; Lakes Regions; Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine. Newmarket is situated between Durham (University of New Hampshire) and Exeter (Phillips Exeter Academy) on the banks of the Lamprey River, a tributary to Great Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, thus, our residents have an abundance of cultural and recreational opportunities to choose from. Property Ratings at Cherry Hill Apartments
I was so lucky to stumble upon Cliffside almost 2 years ago. I was in need of a nice apartments for my family. I feel we are in a very safe area next to the police, churches, schools, pharmacy & several gas stations. It is a bonus to have a washer/dryer in unit. All the rooms are a good size and closets are spacious. The maintenance dept. and crew are very friendly and helpful. Gail, who is in charge of the office has always been very gracious and accommodating. She always is on top of things to keep all residential units running smoothly. My family enjoys coming home to a comfortable, delightful apartment.
We lived in the Cherry Hills apartments for over 4 years and was very happy there. Staff were friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew were quick to come by and fix any issues we had. If were were not there they left a note saying what they did. In-apartment washer and dryer was the big draw for me as most apartments in the area have a central location you had to leave your building to go to. My only complaint was the floor above us was so squeaky and loud it interrupted our sleep sometimes. We lived on the bottom floor and we could hear the floor above us pretty well when they walked around. We could not hear much noise from talking or music, just walking. I would recommend Cherry Hills to anyone.
Just renewed for 3rd year. One of the few apartments that has a Washer/Dryer in the unit and allows pets. Convenient location, so close to charming Newmarket main street, but right off 108 for commuting. Good size, with large decks. Tip: There are many variances in the amount of remodeling each apartment has had done, mainly in the kitchen dining areas. Some have all new cabinets, counter tops and floors, some nothing, some in between. The rents vary accordingly, so ask. Also, some have additional storage that is easy to get to, some don't - If that's important, be sure to check it out. The complex doses a great job at clearing snow.
This apartment complex is beautiful. We have a beautiful view with a nice deck on one side of our building. The deck comfortable fits furniture and (in my case) a whole bunch of potted vegetables. The kitchen is large and has pristine appliances. The unit has a washer and dryer, which was a must for us. The bathroom is small, and has no windows, which is the only downside for us. We love the closet space and open layout of the apartment. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we have access to a clubhouse with workout rooms, a theater, and a swimming pool. We love it here!
