Please never even think of renting at this place. They have the most disorganized, unprofessional, uncommunicative management I have ever come across. I applied September 2021 for an apartment supposedly available in December, and waited almost 2 months after paying a lease deposit with absolutely no response on whether I was approved or not. I had to drive to their office about 4 times, during office hours at multiple times of day, just to find someone working and able to tell me what was going on with my application and deposit. They don’t ever answer their phones either. After finally being able to talk to someone, Norbeli informed me the apartment wouldn't be available because the people living there were needing to be evicted. I don’t understand why they would advertise an apartment that wasn’t even available in the first place. I spent $145 applying or an apartment not available for rent, and will not be refunded for that. A week later, Norbeli calls me and tells me the apartment will not be available for me and they will return my lease deposit in '2-3 weeks'. That was back in October 2021. After many many calls with absolutely no response, I still as of October 2022 have not received a refund. I went back in July 2022, and Jackie, the 'Manager' said she'd contact corporate and reach back to me, which she never did. I am grateful of never signing any contacts with place because they have been the most difficult and uncooperative company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. They also are not transparent about what property management they are under, which is Cornerstone Residential. Avoid yourself the expense and the headache that comes with dealing with them. There’s a reason they have extremely poor reviews, and all the excuses and responses they provide are honestly insulting. If you ever find yourself in my same situation seek legal action, because these people will waste your time and money for as long as they can.
its the worst place to live and i used to live in the boulders, the people are money hungry and whenever we needed something fixed the handyman would come in and do absolutely nothing for awhile then leave and say he needs new parts or hed be back next week, but then not show up, i just found out recently from one of my friends that lives there, they told me every single building is infested with roaches and the management only knows how to spray one apartment (which only causes the bugs to shift from place to place ) instead of the whole building to get rid of the problem, honestly i wouldnt be surprised if they have hush money or are just plain scum, because they certainly do not treat the people here respectfully like they should, and one more thing, this place doesnt fix anything they only put stuff over the old things and call it good just to appear to look good in the eyes of everyone, so while they know we are getting a shitty place that looks good, we just think we are getting a fancy place when in all reality its a poor excuse for an apartment, never living here again, also im suprised this place hasnt been shut down
Don't move here even if it is the only place left, management doesn't care about anything and will throw eviction notice on your door ever month even if you pay your bills, you have to do their job and show proof that you paid anything, we finally got out of our lease by messaging the actual person in charge thank the Lord. But seriously unless you want pain and heartache don't move here this place is a huge scam!!
My ex used to live here I would come over all the time its a really nice place, the inside is so much nicer then you would think by looking on the outside of it. But they are very beautiful inside.
Do not rent from these apartments. They will take all the money they can get from you. They don't tell you the additional fees that get tact on to your rent and when you finally move out, they will come back at you months later to tell you that you owe them more money. I'm positive these people make over $100,000 a month and all they do is take more money from you. Also, don't expect your deposit back either. We spent a whole weekend cleaning to make sure it was spotless and not one penny came from it. Not only that but the pool almost always has a health department note on the doors. The pool was closed down for months. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We are under new management and we are trying our best to take care of all of our residents and make Cherry Hill a great place to live! I moved in at Cherry Hill about a year ago, and let me tell you, I cannot wait for my lease to end. They just changed management, and that is the only good thing that has happened since we moved in. At least now the current management seems to care. But the number of times I have submitted a work order and had it marked as completed without maintenance /ever/ coming out is more than the times they have actually repaired the problems. Not to mention that they ripped a hole in my ceiling and didn't repair their damage for 3 months after. I am more than disappointed in the property. For your own sake, don't live here.
Apartment was awful when we moved in, and looked run down and gross. It was the only apartment that we could get into right away (emergency move), otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. The Bathtub was practically pouring water (very large leak) when we moved in and the oven range fan fell down a week into living there because it was glued up. Took 2 weeks to get the "included" washer and dryer. If something is broken, it takes WEEKS for them to come fix it. Everytime you call, they'll continue to say, "We'll get them out today or tomorrow by the latest", and then it doesn't happen. They also water the lawn EVERY night, which is annoying when you have to walk your dogs through a swamp.
I have lived at Cherry Hill for a year. I love my apartment. The office staff are very friendly and whenever I need something fixed then they fix in a timely manner. They are great at keeping the grounds maintained and clean. The maintenance staff are friendly and they care about the tenants. Great place to live.
