Infested with bedbugs and roaches. They refuse to do anything permanent to solve the problem that has been ongoing for many years. They post fake reviews to bring their numbers up when this building should have been condemned two years ago. I've been here for several months and I'm covered in bites from my face to my feet. i have photo evidence of neglect. The rent they post is incorrect. It ends up being about $200-$300 more as they don't include utilities and just do a lump sum for the entire building regardless of usage, the pools no one uses take up a majority of the water part of the bill. The refuse requests and lie to you about what you're getting into. The staff are lucky enough to have spider in their apartments to eat their side of the infestation so they are never seen with bites or lose sleep. I sleep in the bathtub to avoid being eaten alive while I sleep. I am preparing to sue the complex for damages as the roach problem caused a horrible asthma attack that caused me to lose my job for needing to take time away to be hooked up to a nebulizer. My new job cannot afford to have bedbugs infest the store so I'm hounding the staff as I type this to fix the problem. The media will also be hearing of this.

Every place has its problems but the staff is great if you have a maintenance problem fixed quickly the ladies in the office are very sweet and quick to help
They have an indoor pool, but unless you do not work during the day you will not be able to use it. (I think most people work during the day). They quiet hours, 10 pm to 8 am. but they have no problem with having their lawn service and remodeling before 8 am. They cannot get the bug problems solved. The answer by management to one of the other reviews was they give 48 hours notice of entering the apartment. I NEVER received 48 hours. This place is great if you like taking cold showers. This is just a small sample of the problems with this place.
Dirty, nasty, they let anyone live here therefore they bring in bed bugs . And then they charge 75$ if u don t have your apartment ready for pest control . They don't even notify you enough time for pest control only a few days before. They expect you to pack up all your stuff so they can spray things that don't work . It's not my fault it already had this bug problems before hand and it's not something they tell you when you 1st sign your lease.! STAY AWAY

We always give residents at least 48-hours notice prior to pest-control treatments or inspections, which we feel is quite common for the industry. After their remodeling and landscaping, painting, still can't get rid of the roaches. If all you need is a roof over your head, and just sleep there then it's an OK place to be...
