Nice neighborhood! Decent people live here. Some training on maintenance could go a long way and addressing issues right away instead of bandaiding, could save money and time in the long run. Although, maintenance crew is friendly and polite.
It’s been a regular experience, not the worst place to sleep through the night but steps and talks can be heard throughout the walls, maintenance is very kind, but first month of move-in I made like 7 request to fix the “newly renovated” apartment. Staff can take 5 days to reply an email.

My experience here has exceeded my expectations (based on other reviews I read). Maintenance is very responsive. Staff is very pleasant. My only issue has been delayed responses from the leasing center. I would definitely recommend this property!

It is okay. I am upset with the fact there are a lack of security cameras around. Someone stole my package and they couldn't see who did it. I complained about trash being out in the back of buildings and it took weeks for them to come pick it up. The buildings are fine.

Move in went super well. A few small things wrong with the apartment. We didnt realise we didnt have heat until the day after we moved in. Had an HVAC person out within a couple hours to get our heat working. The apartment is absolutley beautiful and the neightbors have been super nice as well. Overall loving it here so far.

It can be a little loud sometimes. It's nice having a washer and dryer. The closet is pretty big. I don't love the gas stove and I wish the refrigerator was bigger.

None of the problems that I found in my initial walkthrough have been addressed by maintenance and it has been almost 3 months. My maintenance requests have been ignored but they are proactive with the things that haven’t been specific requests such as checking smoke detectors and changing the HVAC filters.

This apartment is reasonably priced, but there are several reasons for this. The building is plagued by roaches, and maintenance work orders are often presented as mere suggestions. Additionally, non-residents frequently occupy the hallways. It is unfortunate that individuals who cannot afford more suitable accommodations are compelled to endure subpar building management.

It’s been ok. Many things I could complain about but I choose not to. Overall living here is a decent experience and really the only annoying part for me is the fact that we live on the second floor, so I can hear every My neighbors above me take.

Everyone is helpful, maintenance staff are prompt and do excellent work. Office staff are courteous and helpful. Especially the property manager.

Huge apartments. The washer and dryer are normal size. They are side by side. Walk in closet is very room for all clothes and storing stuff. Kitchen is small but a decent size.

I love how professional the staff are. The property manager is amazing !! The office is set up amazing. The staff are ready and willing to lend a helping hand .
Staff and workers fix things as fast as they can. The bad thing is that new neighbors, though, blare the music so loud at times that it will change the TV stations on my TV without me touching a thing.

It's getting better. Would love to see the kids pool fixed as that the entire reason I started renting here. They have told me for the last 2 years that they would have it ready for the next season. I guess third time is the charm.

Everything keeps breaking not happy I wanted the upgrade apartment and I didn't want the third floor and people keep leaving trash in the parking lot parking space are terrible

Although I’ve had one of my packages stolen from my doorstep, the community is clean & well kept with many amenities. Maintenance is often helpful.

Wish the pool was open every day, if not just more days. If you ever need help with something outside of starting a lease, forget about getting it. Conveniently, they aren't ever able to help with anything! There's also dog poop everywhere and people usually trash the buildings the same day the cleaners come. But the neighborhood looks pretty from the leasing office!

So far, so good.Everyone seems pretty friendly and I love my apartment.My favorite is the patio.. I was a little disappointed of the cleaning.You guys need new cleaning people I shouldn't have to clean my apartment when I move in everything... And I was promised a new kitchen.And that's not the case.. But nothing I can do because i'm already in hearing..

The area is nice with lots to do near by. The apartments are pretty standard and the neighbors aren't too loud. So far I haven't had any problems while living here.

I have some really nice neighbors and have had no real personal problems within my actual building, there has been some known car thefts up to and including tires being stolen off of a vehicle, there is a pool on the premises but it's only open from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. weather permitting on Thursdays Friday Saturday and Sundays which is less days than it was last year in 2023, hopefully they don't drop it down to just the weekends next year considering you have to pay the amenity fee of $70 every month for both that or the gym whether you use them or not , however that only became the norm when I re-signed my lease after the first year and the $300 "one time amenity fee"; All in all I have lived worse places.

I love it here! It is clean, safe, and the gym is so much fun! Furthermore, the neighbours are great and the pool has very decent hours. Their back to school bash should be fun!

I loved it when I first moved in for about the first 6 months. They do not follow the rules on breed restrictions. The dog parks are not kept very clean at all. There are holes where you can break your ankle if you don't watch out where you're walking. There is no parking unless you pay an extra fee to have a permanent spot for yourself. They do not go around and check to see if people are renters. If you call to say something they will tell you to call the tow truck company and they'll come out and have a look. Maintenance is great. Also if you're looking for peace and quiet it is a quiet area however if you're concerned about your neighbors make sure to check to see if you have a renter above you that has carpet. If not I may have hardwood floors you're going to hear it all night long to wear literally your ceiling lamps will be rattling and shaking.

Still enjoying my time here! The staff is always incredibly nice, unfortunately LOTS of residents litter and make the complex look gross, one guy in particular urinates in bottles and leaves them in the grass next to a derelict car.

A lot of lack of communication when trying to get a hold of the leasing office. You're told to expect a response at a specific date/time and can go days, weeks, and even a month in some instances, before someone actually gets back to you. Furthermore, maintenance request are equally taking an absurd amount of time to get answered and often require calling the leasing office multiple times for them to actually show up... and, of course, a lot of the time things aren't fixed correctly, which results in, once again, having to play cat and mouse to try to get someone come and fix the issue. I'm sure a lot of these could be blamed on lack of staffing (as it tends to be), but residents shouldn't pay the consequences for this. After all, if I were to get laid off and lose my job, I'm still expected to pay my rent each month or receive the negative consequences of not paying. Same goes with the expectation of receiving good/consisted communication from both the leasing office and maintenance.

It’s to much crime and some of the neighbors that live over top you does not care rather someone lives under them especially if the person is elderly and sick and the dog poop that’s why I rated so low but my building we care and respect each other

I would recommend morgan properties the staff has been very helpful and it's been an overall positive experience. The location is nice as well as everything you could possibly need is walking distance like grocery stores, restaurants, even the dispensory is walking distance!

I have been living here for a few years, major concern is maintenance and the turn around time for issues in individual apartments to really resolve work orders. One issue I have had (bathroom )I have dealt with a few of the property managers who have assured me they would take care of things and years later it’s still not resolved. Maintenance will close out work orders without completing the work order. Maintenance teams don’t have common courtesy the clean up after working in apartments or leave notice that they were in your home like other apartments communities. The office personnel listens to concerns but don’t resolve. Having the public area cleaned on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of possible insect/rodent issues
