Property Ratings at Cheshire Gardens
They claimed they lost my rent and threatened to evict me if I didn’t pay it all back in less than a month, when I moved out they charged me for not sending in my form that I wasn’t renewing my lease (which I did), they charged me for damaged countertops (NONE were damaged in any way), they charged me for an extra month of rent after I already left, and they change office managers right and left. All I have to say is if you’re going to live there, make contracts for them to sign, keep extra copies and take before and after photos because they will deny anything to make some money off of you.
I have lived for going in 6 years now and I don't plan on going anywhere. Things weren't so perfect in the past but with dago the new maintenance man and the new manager Courtney things are great. Anytime I have any issues they are both very quick to respond. This is a team that actually cares about the residents that live here. They are also very friendly. They're by far my fav pair of employees since I lived here. Property is very quiet, always clean, pool is always very well maintained, there is a on site laundry room. And everything is in walking distance. If your thinking about moving in here I would highly recommend it and ignore the negative comments about this place. Those are just jerks that made their own experience here bad by their own doing and just want someone to blame kuz this place is great. I've never loved it more especially with all the renovating and upgrades that are being done to the property.
I currently live at the Cheshire & I absolutely love it! Everyone's super friendly. Always pretty quiet around her! Great Complex!
I lived there for almost 4 years and loved that it was a very small and quiet community with no drama. Could use a little more upgrading, but for the price, I couldn't go wrong. Would of stayed longer, but job required me to relocate.
