Property Ratings at Chesterfield of Maumee
One star for trying to screw good attendants. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a little under a year. The apartment was alright. It's cheap, it had some issues but maintance did take care of it. But when we were ready to leave i spoke to the leasing agent. She explained to me that we would owe the current months rent and the follows months rent for breaking the lease 2 months early. No problem. After moving out we received a $2,800 bill for so called damages, cleaning, trash and more rent! We were dinged for the fridge being dirty because we forgot to wipe it out. We forgot one cabinet that had super nice pans and glass wear in it that they just threw away. They charged us for an entire door for a sticky residue that wasn't even from us, maybe 2x2 inches thats all. Charged us for trim being damaged, looks like a dog chewed on it but again we had no pets. A door handel which wasn't even broken and the list goes on and on. If you rent from this place, take pictures of everything !!! All the windows. The doors, the trim, the walls ect ect. They'll screw you in the end. Were not paying this bill, as we had videos of when we first moved in from beind excited to have our own place. You can clearly see all the damage before we even moved our own stuff in. Shady place that just tries to screw good people. We never had a complaint, never had any problems and always paid rent on time.
Noneman is awful and they do not care. They will make cheap places and take All your money and once you are locked in it’s like management doesn’t even exist. Maybe it was a good place when they first took over but 2020+ and beyond it’s now terrible
Gets the job done. Roof over head and can claim it’s a nice little home. Management doesn’t fully fix equipment, can never reach landlord when you need them. Usually smells in hallway. My work van and personal car got broken into three times all together and ask for cameras in the parking lot months ago and still nothing. They knew about the mold in the basement but was just trying to cover it up. Other than that the ceilings made the apartment look bigger, and very convenient area to live around. Wouldn’t recommend living here, but won’t bash you if you do.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff!!!! I have lived in 4 apartments in my life and never have I ever been treated so disrespectfully! Stephanie is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and should not have a job that has to do with communicating with others. They do not give you all the information at the time of signing but keep all your money. If you live here, GOOD LUCK!
Many different issues here. Would try to stay away. Crime is one and maintenence is pretty much doesn't exist. Plus you wouldn't get your deposit back, come fact for these people

Poorly run and managed. I would look elsewhere, very difficult management. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Maintenance is unsure of how to do their job as well.

I think that place is okay. It has a nice swimming pool and a small gym. There is a washer and 2 dryers in each building. The laundry room is so tiny only one person can be n there at a time. They really need to get bigger laundry rooms! I love the nice walk in closest. The thing that I hate though is the cost for a two bedroom is way more expensive then most around here. It is a pretty good neighborhood though! So some good and some bad but I would say more good here!
