Property Ratings at Chesterfield Village Apartments
Finding a quiet and peaceful apartment can be challenging, but Chesterfield Village Apartments exceeded my expectations. It provided a tranquil setting, allowing me to relax after a long day's work.
I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes so far in my life and Chesterfield Village is easily the best one. They fix things fast, do a great job at keeping the property clean, and they never sneak any hidden charges onto your monthly rent portal (something my old apartment complex did). The office staff is also really nice.
My family loves it here! Lots of kids to play with and the neighborhood is very safe. About to renew our lease

LIved in Chesterfield Village Apartments for a year now and have no intentions of moving. Staff is friendly and any repairs needed are done quickly and efficiently usually the same day that they arise even on weekends. Highly recommend it.

I have lived at chesterfield village for a year now and I dont have one complaint. The staff is always super nice and they strive to make this place very enjoyable to live in. It is a clean, safe, and overall pretty place. I have been very pleased with the Wooten Company, particularly these apartments and I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
The location is the most positive thing about this property. If you like brown recluse spiders and smelling everything your neighbors cook, then this is the place for you! New appliances and carpet were a plus moving in, but countered by cheap, worn fixtures, creaky floors, and old linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom that smelled like feet. The walls and ceilings have huge cracks that have been repeatedly filled and painted and the AC unit is old and inefficient. Parking is weird. They will sell you on having reserved covered parking, but unless you plan on staying for several years you will never get a spot, even though most of the covered parking goes unused most of the time. Most of the people I have encountered around the property are not that friendly. You will be much better off spending extra on other options. I would not recommend this place.
I lived here for 2 years & only moved because it was time to buy a house. The staff from top to bottom consists of great people. I loved the location and views out my window immensely. I never had an issue that was not taken care of immediately. I recommend it as a top notch community all around.
I have lived in Chesterfield Village for approximately 6 years. This is by far the nicest complex in west county! The amenities are fantastic! Great gym, raquett ball court, basketball court, and 2 pools with a hot tub! The complex also has a kids only pool! Have I mentioned the staff is fantastic! And the 24 hour on site security officer is one of many greats bonuses that makes this place great to live! Several different apartment options and townhouses! Garages and car ports also available!
The area the apartments are located is excellent. It's very close to the mall and several grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a nice wooded area that doesn't feel like living near the city. The location was the main reason we moved to the apartments. When we moved in we were told our rent was a little higher due to paying for a "renovated" apartment. The apartment is nice, but poor quality compared to the amount of rent. The walls have started to crack and separate from the ceiling in multiple areas and the baseboards have come unglued in the kitchen. The air conditioning quit working once during one of the hottest times this summer and the heater quit working this winter on a night when it was 35 degrees. Both times the issue was called into maintenance we received a rude response. The night the heat stopped working we were told no one would come until the following morning. Overall the apartment is decent, but for the condition your money could be better spent elsewhere. This may not be the experience of every tenant but it has been ours.
