Chestnut Farm Apartments

Lived here for 4 years. It’s quiet, well kept. Maintenance is responsive, gets the issues fixed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They’ve patiently worked with me a few times when I had personal issues. Apt wise, the only ongoing issue I’ve had is that my dryer takes basically all day to dry my clothes. They’ve changed the unit twice but it’s still the same. I’m assuming it’s the ducts. Besides that I’m a happy camper!

Very quiet well kept apartment community everyone is friendly & things are fixed in a timely manner been here for about 7 months so far no complaints ??

I’m safe and happy here. Never had a problem here. Most people are here if you need anything and are very nice.

As a resident I can say that I’m so satisfied with Chestnut Farm. I’m so happy, comfortable, secure and peaceful living in a green environment with very good services.

My experience at Chestnut Farms has been good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside area is kept up very nicely, always clean and landscaped well. I enjoy the pool in the summer, and have used the gym.

My experience has been good. Have been living here for six years and have had no major problems. Just a few issues with parking and would like to see hallways cleaned up.

Very prompt service. When called for emergency on a Saturday they were there in 35 minutes.

I am very happy living in Chestnut Farm. I feel secure and I enjoy the pool and the gym a lot.

I am a long time resident who enjoys the peaceful atmosphere and well maintained property.

I was very happy living here (8 years) until recently, and now I want to get out as fast as I can. There are many large dogs on the premises and large dog poops everywhere. One dog has been allowed by its owner to be off the leash, and last month it attacked my dog. The treatment for my dog’s injuries just went over $1000.00. I won’t take the time here to describe the responses I have received from the rental office, but the bottom line is that I don’t feel safe living at Chestnut Farm any more.

I’m so happy living here. The services provided are excellent and the place is quiet and secure. The relationship between rent rate and quality is right.

Chestnut Farm Way was once a place that I felt lucky to live…the community has been going down hill for sometime. The proof was when it was sold to Winn Residential. At first things were ok but it quickly turned into a place that I felt like I could no longer afford. I never know when my rent is going to go up. When I fall behind on rent they aren’t open to any agreement to avoid EVICTION!

Living in an apartment is what you make of it. It is not perfect by any means, but a friendly attitude helps. We are enjoying not having to shovel or mow the lawn or fix problems on our own.

trash overflowing at the dumpster, broken light structures in the parking lights and hallways, and if you need to get a hold of them, make sure its Monday thru Thursday...and make sure you have AAA because my car got towed 2 times due to no parking here.

Chestnut Farm is a beautiful community. The grounds are very attractive, changing for each season. The grounds are also maintained on a daily and weekly basis. Neighbors are friendly and courteous, as are the office and maintenance staff.

since new management has taken over it just hasn’t been the same. leasing office has terrible hours and they don’t answer the phone half the time. Unfriendly. no enforcement of lease breachers.

I have lived at Chestnut Farm for nearly eight years and have been very happy here. The staff is attentive and accommodating, and my neighbors are friendly and courteous. I also enjoy the amenities and taking walks around the complex.

I've lived here for around 3+ years now 2 Motorcycles had been stolen from this complex in the last 4 months and approx 8 cars have been broken into. only security they have camera wise is for their trash compactor, not a single functional camera anywhere else on the complex. Yes this location is an active police patrol route but that's only once to twice a day at most. the maintenance crew takes months just to come in an fix anything, dryers take 3+ hours to dry your clothes. The dryer vent ducts are NEVER cleaned out fully or even properly. my neighbor had his motorcycle stolen, when asking the leasing office if there are any cameras to help the police with their investigation, they said no "there are no functioning cameras on the complex, only one we have that works is located at the compactor, we don't even have it on half the time" then proceeding to laugh and mock his fiancé as they left the leasing office. I feel as my own safety living here is AT RISK. NOT worth the pricing shown for such a poorly maintained apartment complex wanting to go luxury.

We've lived here for seven years and feel comfortable and safe. The property is well kept outside. It is very convenient to stores where I shop, and the highway to Boston and Cape Cod is only five minutes away.

The property location and the complex is actually very nice. The staff at the office are very nice. the fact you have no place to park when you come home is so frustrating I live next to the dumpster the trash gets backed up so it's overflowing which is a Highway for rodents. And now the one thing we are looking forward to is the pool and now they don't have an opening day.

I feel very safe living at Chestnut Farms. I never had any issues that weren't addressed.

The Leasing Office is quite friendly and the resident portal is user-friendly and convenient for making payments and issuing maintenance requests. I'm fortunate to live next to great neighbors as well. My biggest concern is the lack of consideration for property management rules by some tenants, and subsequently management's lack of taking action. Dogs that are off leash, have presented lots of concern. One of my dogs and I have been approached by a large white dog off leash. Another (massive!) dog tried to grab my other dog while my husband was walking him. Management was more concerned about a lawsuit rather than doing something about the problem itself. There just aren't enough repercussions for those tenants who don't play by the rules.

We have been living here for few months and so far we are extremely happy. Anytime Ive gone to the leasing office with a question they are very helpful and polite. Ive had a couple small service issues and they were taken care of timely and efficiently. Ive even met some of the neighbors and have enjoyed getting to know them.

Chestnut Farms is a pleasant place to live with spacious accommodations, the grounds are cleaned daily and kept well throughout each season.

I traveled to see this apartment complex as well as several others on the same day. Among the 6 I visited this day, Chestnut Farm Apartments were the best. The leasing staff was very pleasant and the community was very welcoming. What makes Chestnut farms different is the apartment's perfect layout. It has an open layout with breakfast bar and separate dining area. Two (2) large bedrooms each with huge walk-in closets on opposite ends of the apartment. Two (2) full bathrooms, Central Air-conditioning, and Stackable washer/dryer in it's on separate laundry room just off the kitchen. Hands down, the common areas/amenties were amazing. Well maintained, fresh & clean, and comfortable. They have a pool and a jacuzzi unlike other apartments. There's also a business & copy center, fitness center, and tennis courts all included in the rent. After this past winter, snow was a big obstacle for me. This community offers free snow removal like most, but the option to add a garage & storage was a big perk. Location was also a plus as the community is nearby a lake just of I495, Route 24, and 12 min from I95. For convenience, Walmart Superstore nearby, Patriots Place (The Mall in Foxborough, MA), Legacy Place (The Mall in Dedham, MA), lot's of restaurants in Taunton, MA, and just a short drive to Boston. Not to mention, the commuter rail is 15 min away should you want to avoid driving into the city its just 45 mins to South Station.
