Great Apartment. Great management.
My wife and I needed a place to stay pretty quickly and Chestnut Heights was so accommodating! We were able to get moved in very quickly and it was a great place to stay. Our apartment was well kept and the times we had issues the maintenance staff was great to work with. Overall, we would highly recommend Chestnut heights to anyone looking for an affordable nice place to stay in the Harrisburg Area!

Misleading short-term lease options
Very inflexible lease arrangements for short-term rentals. There is no point to signing a 3 month lease when you end up paying for 5 months. Dishwasher has never worked in 4 months we've been here. Maintenance can't seem to get it fixed.
