Misleading listing and terrible parking
The listing of amenities above is misleading: "Parking Surface Lot 1 space. Parking Available" Reality: Some tenants take 2 or even 3 spaces. Anyone who does not work at typical 9-5 job will not get a space much of the time. "state-of-the-art fitness center" Reality: The equipment is decades old and not properly maintained. Skip it and keep your fitness center membership. "Property Manager on Site" Reality: False "Smoke Free" Reality: False "Balcony Patio" Reality: False Anyone who works second or third shift will not get a space in the parking lot much of the time. There are not enough spaces and many tenants have several vehicles. The location is good and the courtyard looks nice. Buses stop at the location and across the street. lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Good access to major highways. Walls are not soundproof and maintenance is only fair.

Bad Move
Apartments have thin walls, no firewalls, noisy with loud music and voices. No individual heat control. On site parking at night is inadequate, need to park on street several blocks away.
