We had the pleasure of touring this facility. Both office managers, Terry & Tammy were wonderful. They took all the time we needed not Rushing's us around. Terry answered all the questions that we had. We hope that they will have what we need soon. Can't wait to be part of this great community.
It has only been a couple of months since I moved into the Chestnut Oaks apartment and I love it. I love the spacious rooms, the variety of activities, the pleasantness of the residents, and the over whelming pleasantness of the staff. When I came on a tour, I knew then this was the place for me. I encourage anyone 55 and over to come and check it out. You will be amazed!
T he very first time my wife and I saw this place,we fell in love.And with all the amenities that Chestnut Oaks have. We knew this was the place we wanted to spend the rest of our lives.
The property was beautiful. The property manager was a delight to work with. The units are spacious and updated. The amenities are very nice. This is the nicest 55 and over property I have seen and the price is great.
So far the best property in Southern MD! I would definitely recommend.
My mom has been living at Chestnut Oaks for over 7 years the community gives me and my family peace of mind. They offer security, events, activities and the feeling of community is AWESOME. I feel good that she is living independently but is surrounded by a host of new friends that are engaging and look out for each other. The staff is caring and feel like family and take great pride in making it home for her. I highly recommend it!
My wife and I are retired and rent a 2 bedroom here since 2011 that is spacious, washer and dryer, movie theatre, game night, bible study, hair salon,, downstairs terrace for outdoor/indoor entertainment with cooking, TV, Lounging, transportation provided for shopping and other leisure trips, Metro Access available, great maintenance/office staff, easy access to 205/495/other major arteries. Affordable rent with option to buy. Great place to live!
