The amenities are clean. I was welcomed like family. The apartment complex has a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Gloria is very helpful.
I have lived here 10 years ago I recently moved back and i love it here Im close to shopping places to eat and public transportation and it is so quit. The people are very friendly. The Management (Gloria)and ,Maintenance (Miguel) are very help full they keep the property very clean and looking nice and maintenance response very quickly. I walk 3 times a week around the neighborhood and have I no problems even at night.
gloria really nice , apartments community itself quiet .the model displayed is ten times better then the apartment you move in , you can get a upgraded version for extra $ but the basic models very disguised, everything from the carpet to the door knobs reused, repainted, re cocked , re stuccoed and will show in due time . Maintenance sucks lived here 6 months numerous work orders about pretty much same thing and the job the maintenance does if there a mess to be made it will get left there and the job it’s self will be done incorrectly , and I think unprofessional again Gloria really nice and apartment quiet , but other then that not recommended if considered every aspect of the living condition your better off paying a extra Money else where and get some more bang for your buck
End of lease, looking for a better place . Better management, better location.
