Property Ratings at Chilton Towers
I have lived in this building for several years. I'll start with the good: The neighbors are all lovely. The entrance to the building and overall maintenance of general areas is well kept. My family and I feel safe in the building. The laundry room on premises is helpful, although it helps when the machines are not broken. The onsite gym is wonderful. There is also a new recreation room, that I have not seen but I hear is very nice. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Now for the not so good- The overall maintenance of apartments that are not due to be upgraded. I live in an older apartment and need to call at least several times a year for the bathroom to be repainted, because the paint chips away and falls into the shower. For the amount of rent, the maintenance of each unit should be as good as the maintenance of the front entranceway.
I have been living at Chilton Towers for 5 years now and I absolutely love it. I can not imagine living any where else. The staff is great and the people who live here are such wonderful neighbors. The property is a great location to many shops and stores. The schools are great and its only a few blocks from the train station that goes to NYC.
I have lived here for three years and love it more and more each year. The people here are so nice and the staff is great . It is very clean and the outside is always kept clean with a beautiful landscape .
I have been a resident since 1977. Obviously, they must be doing something right for me to stay here for that length of time! Close to Kean University and the Elizabeth campus of Union County College, the proximity to New York (train station within walking distance or bus stop on corner) alone makes living desirable here. The building is consistently improving the physical plant and services to tenants. Rents, which include utilities, are priced fairly. The staff is both professional and friendly and readily respond to tenant concerns and need. Highly recommended
This apartment community is outstanding; The office staff is very helpful.
