Love my apartment at Chinoe Creek. Not only has it proved to be a safe and secure location, the apartment size fits my needs perfectly. The costs are a little lower than apartments of similar size around town. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues and they were met with a quick and efficient response. It’s a decent place to live and very nice to have a grocery store/restaurants so close to the complex. Maintenance is responsive but the hvac units are older and can cause issues. The grounds are pretty clean and well maintained. My apartment is a renovated unit but some might see it as still outdated with white appliances. The pool is nice during summer and is also clean and most people in the complex are friendly. Overall a good experience so far and I’ve been here for going on 2 years.

This will be my fourth year living at Chinoe Creek, and all of my experiences here have been wonderful! The entire staff is kind, respectful and attentive to needs of the tenants. The pool and gym are great, and the community is typically quiet and peaceful. One of the things I love most about Chinoe Creek is how quickly the maintenance team responds to issues. I've had several issues over the years, and a member of the team always comes quickly to address the problem. James will often get food trucks to come out, which is always an enjoyable experience! Being right across the street from Kroger is great, I found a great nail salon in that shopping center, too! I have nothing but positive things to share! :)

Nice apartments with very friendly and efficient maintenance staff. They provide notice of construction/repairs around the general complex very quickly and usually get things fixed in a timely manner. They even have food trucks on site during the warmer months too! I have been here almost a year and so far, so good.

Overall I love my apartment, the view, the neighbors, the office staff, friendly maintenance man. My only issue is that the furnace was not thoroughly cleaned as stated in the note left on my counter. And maintenence had to come to my apartment 3 times to fix a leak under the bathroom sink. I have only been here a month. And I had not stored anything under there until it was fixed.

I used to think I wouldn't consider paying a grand a month for rent, but Chinoe Creek Apartments have made that feel reasonable. Rent in Lexington may not be cheap but I have everything I could ask for in an apartment- a fireplace, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, nice field and creek view from my spacious porch, extremely safe and beautiful neighborhood, friendly office and maintenance staff, quiet neighbors, dog park, playing fields for volleyball, tennis, and basketball, and even a grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. After living in a less nice apartment complex I never want to leave this place.

Great apartments. The location is ideal. It's tucked away and surrounded by some greenery. Right next to Kroger. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Chinoe Creek in the two years I've lived here. The property is very well maintained, office staff is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance is extremely quick to respond, even in non-emergency situations. The complex is in a great location, with a shopping center, including a Kroger right across the street.

Don’t do it !!!
The workers who were painting splattered paint all over my car. If my friend wouldn’t have been outside and videoed them I would have never known. Many smudged marks were left and I had to talk to a property manager and was told they would pay for a car wash, and it all still never came off … Kitchen water is white, the outlets are very loose, hairs are painted on the walls, and there are so many cracks and other things in the overall structure. Not to mention 4 days before this was supposed to happen we were told to have all windows and balcony doors clear of 3 feet and a clear path to the door. which wouldn’t have been huge deal if I wasn’t in the process of moving out and had boxes stacked high with little room to move myself. I had no time to move anything, especially while working a full time job. Don’t rent here.

I moved in recently (beginning of April of this year) and am enjoying my apartment here at Chinoe Creek. Location is great and it is a nice friendly community. Maintenance and staff always responds quickly and are very helpful. Management is constantly doing some sort of maintenance project to keep everything up to date. Really no issues at all!

Chinoe Creek Apartments make your life as easy as it should be! I lived in Chinoe Creek apartments for two years and I have to say I love this community so much. It is very safe and clean! The leasing office and maintenance team are very responsive and friendly!

everything is poorly done. hairs are literally painted on my walls and so many things were chipped and scuffed... also the water in the kitchen is white ...

I was somewhat apprehensive moving from a home into an apartment, but it has been great. Malissa and Tara have been wonderful and my neighbors are so friendly. Very quiet and peaceful. I love it here and would recommend Chinoe Creek to anyone looking for an awesome place to live.

I have lived in other Lexington rentals around the area and by far Chinoe Creek is the hidden gem. The community hosts, at least once a month, a food truck on site! This gives us a choice to break from cooking! The management team has always been responsive and do try to provide the service requested. I have been here 3 years and the only thing that would make me move would be, if the rent increases to the point of pricing out for the value.

Chinoe Creek is a lovely complex! This is my first apartment, and we combed through several options before deciding on this one. Jane helped us from the beginning of the application process up until move in day, and thereafter. Such a friendly staff! And the apartments are really nice looking. We moved into a two bed, two bath, and for the price and area of town were in, its really not a bad deal!
