Our community is access controlled, non-smoking and provides easy access to K-96 and I-135 for quick travel. It’s time for you to come home to the best community Wichita KS has to offer. Starting rates for our floor plans: 1B: $960, 2B: $1170, 3B: $1330 For initial lease terms we only offer 6 or 12 month leases. The 6 month leases have a $50/month premium. We do not accept Section 8. Property Ratings at Chisholm Lake Apartments
Located by K-96 and many businesses/shops which is convenient. It is still pretty quiet however with nice walking trails. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

This complex is the perfect distance from campus, a nice quiet community, and a very nice unit! It’s got a beautiful kitchen with granite, and the same theme in the bathroom (with tons of storage). I love it here!
The apartments are very well-kept, new and modern. One of the best benefits is that they are pet-friendly. The location is right off of K96 and gives quick access to get across town. It has two parks near by with either walking paths or trails available. There are many restaurants, grocery, and a variety of businesses located near-by, which make running errands very convenient. We enjoy the pool, extensive sidewalks, many grills and picnic tables available for our use. The entrance is gated, and they keep it functioning!
These apartments are much more home like than anywhere I’ve lived. The view over the park is gorgeous! The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. The facilities are always clean. It’s great for my pets. Easy accesses to walking paths and the highway but far enough from the busy streets to feel like you’re in a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. A bit pricey but worth it. I’ve really enjoyed living here.
The staff is friendly and the area is superb. I love it being next to the park. The rent is fair for the area, but still relatively high.
Great apartment features, design, and amenities. I love that I can access the county park/lake directly from the property. The grounds are always clean and green. Friendly neighbors that promote a real feeling of community and caring. Wonderful, friendly and professional office staff. They always have a smile ready and are willing to help in whatever way they can. The office staff throws parties that are well attended and allow you to meet and mingle with new neighbors. It seems like every 4 months or so they go all out with DJ, Photobooth, Catering, Open Bar, and surprise vendors. At the last party they had Tanganiyka bring animals, Mercedes bring cars, Pottery Barn had a display table and many others provided give aways at the end of the night. It's truly one of the best apartments and communities I've ever lived in.
I've lived at Chisholm Lake Apartments for a year and my dog and I love it here! The property is located right next to a lake, which has excellent walking trails. There is a dog washing station oniste, and there are doggy waste bags available around the property. The floors are faux wood/laminate, which are very easy to take care of, especially if you have pets. The property is less then 2 years old, and the apartments are very modern. Granite countertops, new appliances, tile backsplash in the kitchen. The property also has a saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, and basketball courts. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!
Upscale, friendly neighbors, and extremely professional staff. Definitely a place you can call home. Very secure and safe.
