Property Ratings at Chouteau Bay Apartments

Great maintenance!
I LOVE these apartments. They are all hardwood floors newer appliances. They also have 24 hour maintenance that is great! I've had to call them twice about my pilot light getting blown out because I live on the third floor and they always show up and fix the problem within an hour, even at 11pm. The landlord is great and very nice. I've been there for a year and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Also, they allow pets which is hard to find in that area for such a good price.
