The Roaches LIVE in the walls
Every trailer has a problem with roaches. We spent 3 years trying EVERYTHING to get rid of them. Mental health was severely affected. The older trailers are made poorly and should just be removed. It's rancid. Even when they doctored them to look pretty... it's nothing but cosmetic. When I finally moved, I told them everything that was wrong, and they still posted it for sale. All about money. Codes has been called on the park itself countless times. They also won't comply with their accommodations paperwork they offer in their leases. They honestly don't stick to any of their leasing promises and only reason they weren't aren't suid for breaching their own contract is because most people living there are too poor to afford a lawyer. Now they have racked up the price to live there before making it even livable.
