My experience has been very interesting. All the management staff answer to.their calls. And also the maintenance guys sre doing awesome job.. I am very satisfied leaving in Chroma Park
The Chroma Team I couldn’t have found a better place in an apartment to live! The entire staff, from maintenance to management are exceptional! They take pride in their work and make sure the residents are happy and appreciated. There’s not a single request that I’ve made that wasn’t fulfilled, and done in a timely manner. Thank you all for everything! And a special thanks to Yorluani!! Your patience, dedication and the care you provide our community doesn’t go unnoticed! I truly appreciate you and all that you do! Thanks Chroma Park for making my stay here a wonderful home experience! Resident CK
Answers Beautiful safe neighborhood. Sometimes cars b speeding thru
Does this place “look” nice yes it does. However this place is roach infested. I’m not a dirty person and I keep everything clean, I just moved in and everywhere I look it’s a ROACH. The cabinets brush up against eachother scraping the paint, it’s not work 1500 a month I’m telling you this NOW. I will be moving out. I don’t see how so many people are living like this they moved me because of the roach issue but it’s still a problem. No matter where they move me it’s a ROACH PROBLEM. I’m so frustrated because I was so excited to live here just to move in and for it to not be what they tried to make it seem. Please if you’re reading this go find a place you can live that is worth your money.
So is it a nice "looking apartment", yes... now on to the more serious issues such as a SERIOUS ROACH infestation. We mentioned it when we moved in and it was like it didn't phase management at all. My other issue is with the communication with the front office. It is extremely hard to get ahold of them. Then there is the issue with mail/packages. Due to the amazon lockers they installed, ALL of your packages from UPS are deposited into a locker and the only people with a code are the front office. So until you can get a hold of them and coordinate them meeting you at the Amazon locker, you can't retrieve your items. Then there is the issue with maintenance, yes they respond quickly, BUT they are very minimal skilled in simple repairs. Basically what ever you need fixed, will soon need to be repaired again because it wasn't done professionally the first time. We've had plumbing issues for months. LAST, the over flow of trash is embarrassing for our visitors to see. I do appreciate that I feel safe with the night security so thats a plus, and the kitchens are beautiful, but what good is that when there are roaches in it!
I’ve been here since November of 2019, and honestly it has been pretty great. The staff is great and they are sweet. They’ll help you if you need it. Had some A/C issues but so far everything is really great! It’s clean too!
the rent is getting way to pricey for the are and no real changes or upgrade in the apartments are being made
The dishwasher now is not closing well and hits the cabinet. So, I have to force the machine shut before using it.
I would recommend this community based on maintenance interaction, because they've always been courteous and prompt in responding to my request. They are very good at assessing the issue and fixing it right away.
Management has improved the trash collection, maintenance is working but still need to change appliances that are really old. it is crime free, well lighted now. You need a car to the stores but they are close enough. it is overall quiet. but recently some people like to make noise with their vehicles at night when it is very quiet. The price is a little high since everyone pays their utilities and other stuff not included in rent. But if you ask me ..as of today i will still recommend it.
The place itself is great, clean, calm area. The apartment is big enough to feel like home. I do love this place and I will definitely recommend it.
Good management with good and quality job delivery, always ready to attend to your request.
I would like to see the gym open on Sundays and preferably outside of the office hours. I think surveillance equipment could be installed to prevent vandalism.
Since Pinnacle took over you can't reach the leasing office by phone most times. Something is always wrong with the phones. Other than that pretty good.
Parking spot should be allocated to each apartments. Parking is a major problem
Trash overflows on the weekends. Pest control is subpar, steps and breezeways are not kept swept and/or free from debris. Lights are still not at the mailboxes...huge safety issue.
Since the new management company has purchased the property, there have been many improvements--the grounds are kept clean, the building exteriors are regularly cleaned, the gate works, several broken down expired tags/non-registered cars have either been removed or fixed.
The toilet water comes out cleaner than the tap water in the kitchen and in bathtub! This place will send someone out to tape up a problem instead of spending the money to FIX the problems in your apartments. They took forever to open the pool it wasn't open until June because they signed up for inspection extremely late ! They are not the best at being too concerned about their residents comfortably and stress free ! They will throw old bills from previous months onto your current bill instead of making you pay according to the month . No matter what you still need fixed ASAP they'll need their rent on time regardless of what your still waiting to get fixed . I've also NEVER seen a worse parking situation! You literally CANNOT leave past 8pm if you want to keep a parking spot unless you don't mind having to park 2/3 buildings down ! If you want to live here with parking move in back of the complex ! It's so unfortunate that I have 9 more months of this lease and that the 4 I've been here have been SO UNPLEASANT.
This property was my second choice but because of the price I did choose to live here. I just renewed my second lease. I don’t have a problem with the office staff or maintenance. I would recommend this community.
Sucks to live here,,, they just have new management come and go with new rules, without regards for the residents. For 6 months we've been living here rent was always paid on the 3rd of each month today July 3rd we were charged a late fee.. new management they said new rules with no prior notice!!! Do not move here.. old everything super expensive and the all of the above...
DO NOT MOVE HERE! ROACHES! NO PARKING EVER! This by far has been the worst experience with an apartment complex ever; I don't know where to begin. This property sells you on a dream that they do not deliver on. The worst part is not being able to park in front of your building. If you are not at home by 9pm you can believe you will have to WALK at LEAST 3 buildings down which can make someone uneasy walking that far at night. They tell you there is a laundry facility available that DOES NOT work! EVER. But you won't know that until you have wasted money loading it on to one of their stupid laundry cards only to find out you can't use it! When you call to complain about it the office staff gives you the run around stating they don't own the machines they just sit on the property. They have not worked since I have lived here. The gate hardly ever works and everyone can just freely come in. The breezeways are always NASTY and DIRTY. They might have only been cleaned ONCE during my stay here and dirty the next day. These are only a few of the things wrong with this place. For the amount of money you would pay, PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS OVER!!! (This is not an angry post, just a disappointed tenant who wants to help someone else not make this mistake and fall for their lies!)
Although the rent is kind of expensive for my budget, the apartment I'm currently in is 100 times better than my last apartment. The area is great, located right by all the stores and restaurants I visit frequently. Maintenance has been here more times in 2 weeks than they have at my last apartment in an whole year. Also, the management staff is amazing, punctual and attentive. I asked for the stove to be replaced because it was old and before I moved in they replaced the stove with a more current one. I had a list of repairs needed for the last complex (Laurel Hills Preserve) I stayed in and they did nothing about it, so coming to Century Brook has been a blessing already. The leasing staff does what they say they will do without having to make multiple service requests. There are only about 200 apartments, so the place is very quiet. Also, the rooms are very big and there's a lot of space. The only problem is it's a little expensive for my budget, as I am on a pension plan, but I think I can make it work. Especially coming from my last place which was REALLY bad. I'm a senior and the management at Laurel Hills was very rude and disrespectful. Plus the maintenance workers never came through for service requests. It took MULTIPLE attempts. There's no way to get that time and money back. But my new place, Century Brook, is truly somewhere I could live until I get into buying another house. I give it an 8/10. Minus 2 points because it's about $1100 a month, but everything else is great!
Mangers/ leasing consultants are great. When its a problem , they fix it ... no wait! The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. I am a single parent, the office makes life better; very helpful resources .
These apartments are conveniently located in austell georgia with everything you need in the immediate area. From the grocery store to the nearest shopping plaza to even many restaurants surrounding. I have gotten accustomed to this area since I've pretty much remained in austell since I moved here 2 1/2 years ago now..I love the setup. Sadly my lease is up soon and the only reason I may possibly relocate is so I can have a shorter commute to work...other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone searching for a new side of town.
