Property Ratings at Chroma
The garage gate was broken for almost 5 months of the 7 that i have lived here so far. Amenities such as the hot tub and fire pits are often out of order for weeks at a time The "Dog Park" is hard to stand in when it is hot outside since the AstroTurf is so urine soaked. Communal areas are always dirty trash rooms are full of trash just being thrown into the room instead of in the chutes where it is supposed to go People who do not pay for parking often park in the building garage that people pay 100-150 to park in and management does nothing about it Several car and motorcycles have been stolen out of the garage in the 7 months that i have been here and countless cars have had converters stolen or have been broken into. Light fixtures have been taken down for repair and haven't been replaced leaving capped off wires hanging. The staff is nice until there is a problem then they stop attempting to help. Given what people pay to live in this complex and the fact that it is dubbed as "Luxury Living" there are a lot of things that need to change
I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. The amenities are awesome, everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Any time I needed the blinds fixed or a light bulb changed it was all fixed the very next day I put the request in. I would recommend this community to anyone.
I’ve lived here for about 6 months and the community has been extremely welcoming. It's been very easy to meet new people and enjoy all the amenities Chroma has to offer. The staff is also great (Anna, Kyle and Michael). They are on the ball and quickly reply to any inquiry. I can't imagine living at another property at this point. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for about a week and the community has been extremely welcoming. Very easy to meet new people and enjoy all the amenities Chroma has to offer. Speaking of the amenities- they are fantastic. The staff really puts a lot of work into upkeep and they make sure that everything is working properly. Even the simple things like receiving packages and letting friends into the building are simple and streamlined. Highly recommend!
We moved into Chroma a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The management/leasing team are super friendly, always available and willing to assist with anything. The building offers a lot of great amenities including a great dog park, pool & gym. The building is very secure, well maintained, extremely clean and in a great location with hospitals, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and great place to live!
This is my first apartment rental in St. Louis and I could not be more pleased. From the moment I arrived at Chroma, I felt totally at home. Every single member of management and staff is unbelievably kind, friendly, accommodating, and will go above and beyond for residents. I was impressed by the high end amenities (incredible pool/outdoor space, free starbucks coffee, study spaces, gym, dog washing station, etc.) and my love for this place has only gotten stronger since moving in. As if that wasn't enough, there are fun and free events hosted by Chroma every month or so (a Saturday morning breakfast tacos and mimosa bar, Glow Yoga, Friendsgiving, Holiday Cookie Exchange, just to name a few). This place truly feels like a community and I feel so lucky to live here! I could not recommend it more.
Property Manager at Chroma, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so grateful to be your first apartment in STL! Hope to see you at the Holiday party next week!
Our transition to the city of St. Louis has been remarkable thanks to the very warm welcome that we have received from everyone at Chroma. The building and staff have exceeded our expectations from our first meet and greet with Scott Trible and Michael Mahoney to the weekly events hosted by Blake Hancock. She is a superstar! They all do such an amazing job of making Chroma a community. The cleaning crew, security, and maintenance are top notch and keep every inch of the property pristine and if you need anything there is someone almost always available to assist. This brand new building has something for everyone from the new equipped gym to the think labs to the touch screen Starbucks machine - keep in mind all amenities are open 24 hours! What I truly love about this building are the common areas where people will come to lounge, hang out, play pool, or ping pong and watch TV. There is still so much to discover in the building and down the street in the Grove and Cortex. Coming from Miami you expect greatness and the Koman group has done just that!
The amenities here are what really take this place above and beyond. The pool and gym are amazing (and always empty!), the dog park is so convenient, and the hangout spaces make it so easy to entertain! The staff is beyond accommodating and genuinely want to create a community at Chroma. Come live with us!
