I absolutely love living here so far. It has only been a month, and the leasing office agents have been extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is amazing, and the units are very nice on the inside and suitable for WFH employees.

Nice location, but absolutely horrible sounds.
It is a nice location, the space inside is nice but expensive. The inside is outdated with old fixtures its laughable.. You hear every step and noise your upstairs neighbors make. The floors magnify the sound. Bass and music is heard loudly. It will drive you mad.

Cibola is a wonderful place to live! The community is a perfect size - large enough to provide excellent amenities such as pool, fitness center, and sauna; yet small enough so that the managers and maintenance people know each resident by name. Cibola is also superbly located in Old Town Scottsdale - easy walking distance to Fashion Square, the Arizona Canal, and Postino's. I have lived here five years and intend to live here at least five more.

Cibola is a marvelous home. The complex is a perfect size and very well-located in Old Town Scottsdale. Victoria and DK who serve the residents are very nice, responsive, and proactive. I have lived here four years and intend to live here for several more years.

Nice for short term, but not a long-term housing as the location is noisy, and the prices are too high. You can rent a house for what you pay for a 3 bedroom. The current leasing consultant is a rock-star.

Cibola is a wonderful place to live. It is located perfectly in Old Town Scottsdale - easy walking distance to Fashion Square, Postino's, and the Arizona Canal Path. Cibola is a perfect size - large enough to have sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and fitness center; yet small enough so residents know each other. The management is very responsive and courteous.

LOVE my apartment, LOVE the staff!
Victoria (the leasing manager) has been more than helpful in getting us settled in at Cibola (and we moved here from across the country!) Our apartment is in pristine condition with beautiful vaulted ceilings and we keep the AC at 75 degrees F but it still manages to feel nice and cool. Victoria also helps me out with other unrelated things, and goes above and beyond. The location could NOT be better. I am a young woman and I feel very safe living in this community! Also, very pet-friendly. 10/10 would recommend Cibola in Scottsdale.
