The city of Laredo is rooted deep in the Lone Star State. Not only will you find affordable apartments, you’ll be encompassed by culture, as only one would in Texas.
Founded over 250 years ago on the Rio Grande River, Laredo tourism is pretty huge and the sites consist of San Agustin Plaza and the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum. When it comes to shopping, you’ll be impressed by all the opportunities surrounding you. Locals enjoy the brands at Mall de Norte as well as the Outlet Shoppes at Laredo.
At San Bernardo Avenue, you’ll find 40 blocks of shops selling authentic finds and baked goods. The culinary scene is excellent with a bounty of authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants. Residents here are serviced by the Laredo International Airport and three major roadways.
Texas A&M International University calls this city home, just north of Lake Casa Blanca Park. This state park features waterskiing, picnic pavilions, and trails.

Property Ratings at Cibolo Crossing
Roomy apartment with a quiet nice community. Never have problems other than my upstairs neighbor making a lot stomping noises. Other than that a nice place.
This has to be by far THE WOST apartments you could possibly rent. If someone could have warned me about them before I wouldn’t have rented there. Don’t get fouled by the nice appearance. So here it is, DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you want to be screwed over like i did. First of all, since day one my upstairs neighbor was unbelievably noisy. You could hear 24/7 some furniture move up and down, with no shame of living on the second floor. I complain multiple times and either they said to call the cops (which nothing was ever done) or for next time to get a 3rd floor. I did not sleep one day comfortably since I moved in and I had to apologize to my guest of the excessive noise. Also, when I moved out I cleaned the apartment in detail as requested, except, for the carpet that the manager had told me they charge over 100$ to do themselves but I could get cheaper somewhere else and give a receipt. I decided I would just leave to do for them and pay the fee. Little to my surprise I got a bill of $500 claiming they had to change the whole carpet because it was due to change, according to their judgement. When I only lived there FOR A YEAR but since it was time to change it, it just so happened it was my lease that had to do it. When I moved in, the carpet was not even completely clean, but I didn’t make a big deal about it, when I should’ve. I should have also left the apartment dirty and not even bothered cleaning cause they charged me $80. All they could say was “it’s part of your lease”.
Office staff rude and unprofessional. Facilities not kept clean. Management unresponsive to tenants j

Exceptional control of management and courtesy officer ; we enjoy the pool amenities without having to see people drink and make fools of themselves ; I enjoy the fact that management also does not tolerate nonsense and the courtesy officer controls the in and outs of people coming into this property that do not belong in this community ; thumbs up management and courtesy officer!!! keep up the great work
My family and I have been living in this community for 3 months; highly recommend Cibolo Crossings ; management is so helpful and office hours are so convenient everyone seems to be so nice here that makes my living here even better
To all potential Laredo apartment seekers out there, I would like to state that I do NOT recommend CIBOLO CROSSING. Our recent departure from Cibolo Crossing was very bitter. In fact, our upstairs neighbors and a former co-worker shared a similar experience. Cibolo Crossing has a very complex contract with many ways to take advantage of their clients, especially when leaving. Our upstairs neighbors went above and beyond to make their apartment pristine before they left in order to get their deposit back. Well, they wasted their time and money for nothing. Out of a $200 deposit, they got a measly $20 back even though everything was pristine! We, on the other hand, decided not to bother wasting our time with that because of their experience. As a result, we not only lost our deposit, but also payed extra. But that’s not even the problem. We got hit with an additional $1,100 late fee even though we left on time!! Why? Because we didn’t let them know at least 60 days in advance that we were leaving. We did give them early notice, but because it wasn’t within 60 days, they fined us a whole month’s worth. No warning or anything, just a last minute charge thrown out as we left. Their response? “It’s in the contract.” By the way, they only have 6 month or 1 year contracts. If you decide you want to leave a few months after your contract expires, but not 6 months, they will gladly offer a month to month contract with a nice $150 extra fee attached. My co-worker got taken advantage in a slightly different manner. She wanted to leave before her contract expired, but was told that unless she can get someone to take her place before the contract ends, she would have to pay the remaining months. In other words, unless you are... a) okay with losing all your deposit and... b) positive you know EXACTLY when you will leave and remember to follow their strict rules...I wouldn’t recommend going with them. End of rant. @cibolocrossing #legaltheft

The property is beautiful and location is perfect for my family. Moved in 6 months ago and everything is awesome. Great management staff and security. Perfect top amenities that include a gym, pool, playground and clubhouse a lot more than my children can ask for. I do not regret this decision making into moving into these apartments. Monthly activities to bring tenants and families to meet each other is perfect organizing from the staff. C Rodriguez
I have moved every year for the last 10 years and this by far is the worst Apt complex I have ever resided in. There have been 2 management turnovers in the short time I have been here and that might be the properties answer to fixing the on going issues. The real problem is the Courtesy officer the complex has employed. On 2 seperate occasions he completely disrespected my guests as he watched us from across the pool and made us feel as if we were teenage trespassers. Asking my guest what apt he lived in as if we didn't belong here then he went back to sitting across from us watching our every move. We finally had enough and left. I pay the rent here super cop, you only pay a half portion to live here. It's People like you that give real Police officers a bad name and the reason why people hate the men in blue. But if you have no problem being harrased or having your guests harrased this place is for you. If you feel like paying top dollar for amenities that don't work then this the place for you.
Horrible customer service & condescending management.
