I moved into a one bed one bath apartment at Cielo Apartments and honestly I must say I do love it thus far. I love the vaulted ceilings they have in my place and its a really nice community. I have made great friends here so far and I have nothing but great things to say about the complex!
The amenities at Cielo Henderson are also top-notch. From the sparkling pool and hot tub to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there is truly something for everyone here. I was also impressed by the ample parking and the well-maintained grounds, which really make the whole complex feel like a welcoming community
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cielo Henderson Apartments, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the modern and stylish exterior of the building, which sets a great tone for what you'll find inside.
I love how they remodeled the complex's clubhouse recently it was so nice to see definitely love that about Cielo they are always on top of what needs to get done its such a pleasure living here!
I moved in about a little less than a year ago with my fiance and we absolutely love the community we couldn't ask for a better place to live highly would recommend!
I’m a current resident at Cielo.. I’m very happy with my unit now. There were a few issues upon move in, but, Felicia the property manager has really gone above and beyond to help me get everything fixed, promptly. I’m truly grateful she is here.The clubhouse remodel looks very nice as well and the grounds are always kept very clean! I hardly hear my neighbors here. It’s very quiet in the evening hours and feels very safe, which I like very much. The current residents around my building are very nice and seem to be respectful. For apartment living, I have to say, I’m pretty happy overall. I would definitely recommend.. A big thanks to the office staff and maintenance crew for keeping everything running smoothly.

My husband and I have lived here since 2016. This was one of the few communities that was affordable and had many amenities that we were looking for. Beautiful grounds, pools, decent apartment space. We recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the difference in square footage is amazing. I really love coming home each day and interacting with the new staff has been a blessing.
Cielo apartments have been one of the best living experiences I've ever had. Never had any problem with pests, you can barely hear your neighbors, and the maintenance staff are top notch! The front office staff, made the process simple to move in, took a tour one day and moved in the next. I recently moved to Henderson from out of the area. The Cielo Apartments came highly recommended to me by a prior four-year resident for the location and amenities. Management: The management and staff have been friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and to address any concerns that I have had. Security: The exterior of the complex including the parking lot is well lit. Additionally, my unit is equipped with a security alarm. Maintenance: The grounds are clean and well maintained, and garbage service is frequent. Dogs are allowed in the common areas such as lawns and they too are well maintained. Everything in my apartment is clean and in excellent working order. Life: This complex is for the most part quiet. The residents have been respectful and helpful to me since I have lived here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. It is conveniently located near several shopping centers and the 215.
I've been living at Cielo for about 3 years now and love this complex. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. My neighbors are long term renters, great people quiet! Maintenance does a great job taking care of the property. To date I have not had any apartment repair issues.
They rent out short leases and that bring in people who don't care about the place. The front office is cynical and non-empathetic bc the turn-over is so constant they have become desensitized. My next door neighbors are a bunch of young traveling sales men who are only here for a couple of months. The management office bent the rules & allowed very large German Shepard in. They haven't been picking up after him and leave him unattended on their patio (on the first floor). The other apartment by me just evicted the tenants after 2/3 months due to violent behavior and never-ending cops showing up.We had to put security guards on our windows and sliding glass doors. I renewed my 14 month lease has asked them to provide me with a closer covered spot. I walk past an entire building and down half the block to get to my spot with a 3 yr old & groceries. I can park closer in an uncovered guest spot but during the summer I have to choose between walking in 120 heat to the covered spot or leaving the car in an uncovered spot. I'm not trying to be a diva here. When your son is crying because the seat buckles are so hot they can fry an egg and I'm carrying 4 bags of stuff ...it sucks!! I thought I had a compelling reason but every time I go to discuss it they have brushed me off and said I asked too late, all the spots are assigned to residents. I asked them to let me know if that spot or something similar can be made available to me when it becomes unassigned again. Finally after the fifth time they finally stopped evading and told me it was never going to happen. Here were the reasons they gave me: 1. It's a rule we never break. If we do it for you then we have to do it for everyone. BUT at the same time they say that no one by me has ever asked for a parking swap in the history of the apartment complex. 2. The parking was assigned before any of the managers worked there but was decided by a "parking expert" so therefore, my issue with my covered spot can't be valid bc this unknown expert knows better. 3. It's on the lease so I need to deal with it and if I left it wouldn't matter because they have a waiting list and I'm only upset bc "I didn't get my way" & not because I'm looking at another summer where I have to deal with this parking hassle. The more you implore them to treat you as a loyal tenant...the more insulted you get and the more they remind you that you are replaceable.
We needed to relocate to the Las Vegas area and quickly. I made the polygon that I wanted to live in and Cielo apartments was the first of three properties we looked at. They were the first we looked at. We loved that the community was gated and had gas appliances. On apartments.com it did not indicate the apartments had a dishwasher but I let the Cielo staff know this in case someone uses that filter. The staff was super friendly and we put down a deposit and were able to move in at the end of May. Once moved in we did notice that some things needed to be fixed (tear in the sliding door screen, bedroom door off the hinge, electrical outlets defective).The dishwasher for example took two weeks which is why I gave 4 stars. We did get a new dishwasher installed but serveral of the things could have been done before move in. We love the area and the staff has been amazing. Good start for relocating.
The apartment and community is very nice and quite. 10/10 would live here again.
there is no luxcery in these appartments only missery cant get my floors replaced after 5 and half years of living here . we are both 75 years old and cant afort to move again both money and physical to hard . rthe rent went up bat not the improve ments always fitting for everything with the manager she is not a people person and not fit to manage anything the rent is 1059.00 dsollers keeps going up thats wy we have to make a 14 month lease . ok thats about it i hope we dont have to stay here much longer .
I have lived in a lot of apartments in the last thirty years, but none I have loved as much as Cielo in Henderson, NV. The management staff is both kind and helpful. They even went so far as to resurface the sinks before we moved in because the previous tenants had scratched them. The carpeting was new, and all of the windows had screens without holes. I know those should go without saying, but based on my experience it bears pointing out. Turnaround time on small work orders, and pest control are the smallest I've seen. I cannot comment on large work orders simply because I have not had any. On the topic of pest control, it has not been a problem, but this being a desert in the summer there are some bugs to be expected. This gated community and my friendly neighbors make for a very peaceful home. Even the children in the area are polite and really not loud. The people even clean up after their dogs. All in all, I would highly recommend Cielo in Henderson, NV to anyone.
Its got two pools, plenty of parking and very centrally located. Great for all ages.
