Love it! I have lived here for a couple years now and I love it. They are always quick to help me when needed. Maintenance is friendly and fast. It is convenient since everything can be done online now from work orders, payments, documents, and I was able to even renew online. Gym and atonish swimming pool are y faves!

The apartments are spacious and the staff is quite attentive. Despite it's proximity to the airport I hardly ever noticed the airplanes. Being located off of 161 makes it an easy commute for most any job in the metroplex. A great apartment. Happy to renew for more years! Many Thanks to Irving Park

This property is great for the price range of the units and is currently going through some remodeling as well !! The office staff is super friendly and answered all of my questions.

Have lived here for years. I do like all the changes that have been made to improve the property. However, for the past month I have woken up to NO HOT WATER on several occasions first on Dec 14, Dec 23, Dec 31, Jan 11, Jan 17, Jan 18 and now Jan 26 through Jan 30, and it is still not fixed. I have heard every excuse from them, from they are doing preventative maintenance so that lines do not bust during the freeze, I guess that did not work because they said a line busted one of the times, other times it was the boiler not staying on and shutting off every 3hrs, or that they are waiting on a part that is on back order and now it is a pump. It sounds like they need to look for a new plumber who knows what they are doing, because the one they have seems to be doing temporary fixes and does not know what to do. Then to top it off they give you an emergency number to call, which they do not answer, voicemail box will be full. You are forced to send a text. Some of the office staff is rude. Office will only hear from me if my AC goes out in the summer time or if I have no HOT WATER in the winter. Other than that I place work orders online and let them get to it when they can.

We have less than a month .12 days. of 2024.And we missed hot water several days! Terrible. They charged you for a spot in the parking lot but if someone parks in your spot sorry find a guess parking. there is no body to contact. Just terrible customer service. They are fixing the apartments .pool, office and the look .just superficial. for what. To charge you more but those things do not matter if the real issues are not fix. WATER for example. Save your money and look for something that worth it.

Cielo azul is under new management and the day we were supposed to move in our apartment wasn't ready and they promised us it would be.....we had to get all our money back and lost money for hiring movers smdh worst experience of my life

We have NO HOT WATER. The apartments switched over companies and left us without hot water. Another resident stated they dont have hot water AND AC. The phone number provided DOESN'T work and nobody picks up on their emergency maintenance line.

I could write a novel on my experience at this apartment, but I’ll keep it short and sweet with my last in final straw. It is so disgusting, no proper maintenance whatsoever. If you don’t believe me drive around to the other apartment buildings that they don’t show you when you take a tour!! Its so bad that they had no outdoor rodent management, and we now have rodents in our apartment! How fun. Im a patient person so that wasn’t my final straw, it is the fact that Ive asked them 6 times now in person, by phone, and by email to have rodent control come fix this horrific issue. They had their maintenance man put a $2 trap inside our apartment and when that didnt work and we contact them? They ignore us. I’ve asked several times now for a *professional*. They do not care about residents what so ever. They will literally give you an apartment with broken appliances, messed up flooring, peeling carpet. I have photo proof of this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this headache apartment, I wish everyday I didn’t sign this lease.

I moved here because i had high hopes for this place. The pictures are great, even the online model they show you looks nice but don’t believe it. It’s literally been 2 yrs of hell i will not be remembering my lease, i honestly wish i could break it! The water is always off, management sucks and there are mice and roaches. For a year I’ve been battling mice in this apartment even had to call the health department at one point. It’s sickening to have to live like this.

Haven't been able to use my bathtub only the shower cause they cheaply refinished it and it bubbled up. I've told them and yet almost 2 yrs later nothing has been done. took 9 repair requests to finally fix the AC correctly. They require stickers for the cars so the ones that don't belong can be towed but it does no good cause neither the office or the tow company does anything when cars that don't belong are sitting for days in the same spot. I have been looking at other apartments because as of now I don't plan on sticking around for a 3rd yr of this. If you want to charge what you're charging for these apartments then I expect better service.

I love their pool area and the area is a good location. I’m very happy here and especially Janessa is really helpful and always helps everyone in the community to keep everyone updated.

Staff is super great and funny! Love the assistant manager Janessa! Super attentive! Calls back right away and super helpful! Apartments are great and affordable

I searched several different locations trying to find the best apartment for my budget. I got a fair price. And the staff is excellent. Donika has went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She is out going funny and very helpful. Her attitude sealed the deal for me.

When I first moved in 2 yrs ago it was a messsssss. Everything was wrong and Leddie (manager at the time) had to get up at 7pm and come to my unit.... Thankfully everything was corrected ASAP.. Lets start with the bad... 1. The staff is like a revolving door.. 2. Water bill is suspect the bill increases every month and when you question it you can NEVER get a straight answer. 3. They have roaches and had I known prior to moving in I WOULD NEVER have moved in.. Now the roaches are not infestation but when your paying rent ONE is too many... Now onto the GOOD.. I have been a resident for 3 years and the only face that is familiar is SWEET BETTY.. This lady will go out of her way to assistant you in any way possible.. If, it wasn't for her half the tenants would be gone.. I really don't know the new manager but if she valued this property she would give Betty a position on her management staff..... Overall I rate this property a 7 because improvements need to be done. I truly feel safe on this property and I know the staff is working hard to make this property a really great place to live.

I have been living here for about 3 yrs now and i have seen alot changes i really love the new assistant manager Janessa knows her job and shes beautiful inside and out she really takes your job seriously and shout out to ms Betty for putting in all her hard work as well as been patient to our needs last but not least i want welcome ms Denisha to the team thank you for your pleasant tone and your warm welcome when you first walk in the office thanks ladies !!!!!! keep up the great work

Don't let the name change fool YOU. Too bad I can't post pictures of the inside. The website pictures are of the office and no upgraded pictures of the inside of 'real' apartments. Hardwood 'looking' floors, a 'chance' of new appliances, BUT WAIT!!!! you could get 'NEW', yeah, 'NEW' parts to your old appliances, newly 'cleaned' soon to be matted carpet, but that's not all folks. The ice making refrigerator has Ice Trays. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!!!! The water has been cut off three days a month for the entire time office opens and closes and water bill still rises. DON'T take the chance on what they have presented to YOU. My bad it's cheap, though.
