Esto está completamente infestado de cucarachas, no importa las veces que ellos te fumiguen, no sirve de nada, pues no hay día que no salgan de 10 a 15 cucarachas aproximadamente, y eso matándolas así como salen, por más limpio que se tenga, nunca dejan de salir. Las encuentras en pasillos, lavandería y por todos lados y de todos tamaños, NO tienen el control que te aseguran , no hacen inspecciones y la mayoría de apartamentos están echos un asco por lo mismo que no tienen un control, viven como quieren y hacen lo que quieren. No se dejen llevar por que el área por fuera es bonita, y nice, les prometo, no cumplen con lo que prometen y te la pintan muy bonito pero no será así :)
Roaches!!! If you haven’t lived with them this is your chance to experience the unknown. The list is long as to reasons why. Criminals who will steal your packages whenever you have a Amazon delivery Will send you into a spiraling depression. The police and fire department will become your newfound friends as someone spent months ringing the fire alarm here and multiple fires were set as I was living there. Domestic violence is a every day occurrence. Many washrooms but they are always broken. The roof will leak and the water or power will be cut off with no notice. Cars were vandalized and broken into. The security here is sleeping or never there. The management here are just sales people who after they close the deal will become your supervisor, Posting unlimited notices on your door on the daily basis to remind the community of the policies And code of conduct. I expected so much more. Don’t get your hopes up here. Keep your expectations low and you won’t get disappointed

Currently living here and it is terrible! Our floors and walls are leaking from the rain terribly. Please do yourself the favor and save yourself from this headache my partner and I are experiencing. Management sucks too. They are completely unorganized and don’t care.

So I went to tour this property the other day, I am a first time renter; Giselle the assistant manager helped me out when u showed up with out an appointment. It looked like they were really busy, and even so she took care of answering all my questions about the property and about the whole rental application. She truly made the shopping experience easy! Unfortunate I didn’t rent there; but the service was so excellent I had to come comment and let y’all know to come here! Giselle is an awesome person who truly loves what she does and I felt as if she really cared for my interests.
I love my place! I love my neighbors. Friendly community and very helpful staff!! I recommend everyone to live here. Very close to everything.
I am a student from CSUN! When i was applying to get my place here, the leasing office staff are very quick to respond and very helpful of my needs. I rented a studio apartment without any hesitation and by far this is the most spacious studio apartment i found in the valley with beautiful amenities. I live here for almost a year now, i still love the place its very quite and clean. For a student like me, i like that everything is walking distance and also close to my school which is very convenient for me. I recommend this place 100 percent!!
I have live here for almost a year now, and I honestly never want to live in another apartment complex again! I started here as a roommate in one of the 2 bedrooms, and then once I was making a little more money, I moved up to a one bedroom down the hall. The management company is great, our office staff is always attentive to your needs and SUPER quick to respond if you ever have any questions, concerns, maintenance requests, etc. The place is always taken care of and being upgraded (common areas/lawn/etc cleaned thoroughly Everyday, parking spaces , etc). Everyone who lives in the complex is so nice and considerate of their neighbors, everyone kind of knows each other and says hi in the halls. It has a great sense of community in a city that can very easily feel overwhelming and unwelcoming. The neighborhood is great too! I seriously rarely drive anywhere to go out on the weekends because there are so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores within a half a mile and it is very nice neighborhood to walk in. It's also about half a block away from the mall , which is nice. Close driving distance to grocery stores, malls, Target, and the 5, 405, 170 and 101 freeway entrances , so it is incredibly easy to get around town from here. There is garage parking for residents and it is usually pretty easy to find parking in the surrounding neighborhood streets if you have friends over. There is a great courtyard area with a nice barbecue and a couple of seating areas, so it is great to hang out in pretty much year round. Laundry room onsite is always clean and all machines working. I have lived in many apartment complexes in my life, and this is by far the best one I have ever found. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live - in fact, I have recruited 2 other friend to live in the complex in the time I have lived here, and every single one of them loves it! Could not give a higher rating to this place.
Great Property !! I have been living here for 2 in a half years and I just renewed my lease the community is always clean , Management is very friendly and always cares about the residents needs what I love about living here is that I feel like im at home this is my home and im well taken care of .
This is our first apartment (my husband and I). We just moved in earlier this year and so far we are loving it. It's a great apartment for couples who are starting out. The ceilings are high with a balcony, really nice his/her closet, a bathroom with a door from our bedroom and the living room. It's fairly cheap compared to other apartment in the area and the management keeps it clean. Panorama City is not the best area in Los Angeles but if you're starting out or just want a nice but cheap apartment, Regency Premier is a good deal plus the management are really picky with the people they take in, so rest assured that you're in good company.
This Apartments are by far the best ones in the area. They are very centralize and everything is walking distance. Banks, Groceries, Dining, Movies, Shopping, lots of services in the area. And the best part is that the building is very quiet, once you are inside, you will not think you are in the middle of everything. It is well kept with a nice court yard where barbecue is allowed. The staff is very friendly and efficient. My favorite part is the wonderful diversity and the amenities although I wish the gym could be open 24/7. I am not going to lie, things happen here all the time, such as one of the elevators stops working, if it rains, there might be a leak, stove might not work perfectly, you might see an unwelcome insect or two but the wonderful thing is that they get on it immediate and the fix the problems right a way. Over all, I will consider this location a great please to live in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. I love living here.
